Our room was on level 3, one up from public areas. Had a view of walls and therefore room was dark. Could have done with a higher room.

It had everything we were looking for, the facilities were fantastic, clean, well kept, the staff were all friendly, helpful and lovely. Location was fantastic, 2mins to the MRT & Orchard Road. Can’t wait to stay again.

There were plenty of food items for breakfast to choose from. Each day there was a different set of main dishes to try. The room was very spacious and well laid out. There were plenty of storage cabinets. The Serviced Suites are located adjacent to one of the mall’s so there are plenty of stores and restaurants near by.

The bathroom lighting was dismal - no way of putting on make-up in there!! A make-up mirror (lighted) would have been great. The kitchen was only supplied with 2 of each - knife, fork & spoon, chopsticks and teaspoons - a bit stingy when using the supplied kitchen facilities.

The central position, the friendly staff, the buffet breakfast and careful serving standards. Cleanliness and handy to restaurant mall and MRT station next door - great. Supermarket just across the road - very good value.

If there was one comment it would be more variety for breakfast, there were only 3 hot options and the cold options were the same every day.

The location of this hotel was excellent, as was the staff. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and two tv's (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) were great. The wifi was also fast and the swimming pool was great. All in all a great place to stay for our family holiday.

The property suited us perfectly right next to the train station and attached to the shopping centres , couldn’t have been better situated for our needs , definitely come back next time we’re in Singapore.

Everything about this place is a 10! Locations is right smack bang on Orchid Rd. You don't have to go anywhere far. Especially the staff at Pan Pacific. They are so accomadating. Whatever you want or need the staff will go out of their way to help.

Hated having to leave. Could have easily spent an extra week

Loved the location, just out the door and onto the MRT and great shopping and restaurants right next door. Loved the therapeutic pools and the staff were exceptional and so helpfu. The place was super clean and the rooms were serviced daily.l

This is my go to place to stay when I come to Singapore. The last time that i was here was in Aug 2019 and when travel started again, this was the place that I wanted to stay at. I had the one bedroom deluxe and I got the same room as I stayed in the last time. I like the location which is super convenient, the room is perfect for my needs, the facilities are great and I like the pool and gym, the free breakfast was very nice to have. The staff is friendly and nice to have a chat with. What more can i say? For photos, you can view the photos on the site and they are true to what you get.

Breakfast was basic subpar quality. Ended up eating out most days. Pillows were too high. Staff at reception could have greeted the guests, mostly kept to their own business without looking up.
