Room was small.. even for me, a small person, found it small. Had to put my suitcase on the desk cause there wasn't much room on the floor. I hung up the Do Not Disturb sign because I wanted to sleep in, thinking they would come back later when the sign was gone but they never came back to check. I only wanted new snacks though 😅

Hallway to the rooms smelled very nice, staff was friendly and helpful when you ask for neighborhood recommendations. Room was clean and you get free mini bar. The area was very nice, anything you could need is close by.. city centre is reachable by bus (30-40 mins to the Merlion) or take a Grab car. Airport is near (15 mins by car) and the beach is in walking distance.

A bit far from city center (though it maybe not possible to find anything good, close to center and not skyhigh at a price point). My room had no classic windows, box with 4 walls, so they installed matte window at ceiling. Which cannot be closed, or “turned off” in any other way. So it started shining bright in very early morning 6-7 am. Really “design solution” that rises some question. Minor bug that toilet door have no lock, and cannot be locked. Can be too intimate for some people 😅

Proce/quality is very good, not too far from airport maybe considered as pros for short stay. Very clean and neat. Have pool for those interested.

Could have more systems for payment such as through app based payment services and should be accepting of digital identitification.

This hotel is value for money. Well located with restaurants and the ECP near by. The room itself is comfortable, specially considering that the need is mainly to sleep at night.

The room was incredibly small. & It could be cleaner. There was dust and even some hairs in the bathroom from a previous guest I guess.

The location and the staff were very nice. I have never met kinder people working at a hotel. They went over the board to accommodate my needs and even helped me when I forgot my bag.

Very small room, but city centre so never going to be big you could at least get in bed from both sides !

Location was fine, hotel was ok we only had one night so difficult to judge. Restaurant we had a drink in but not food, seemed comfortable and nice.

We booked at the last minute after flight problems at the airport. This was at 22.30. We were looking for somewhere in town that offered good value for just 1 night. We were pleasantly surprised what we got for our money in such an expensive place for accommodation.

Location is fantastic! Next door there is a nice place for breakfast, lunch and dining. Hotel has no kitchen so you need to go out. I like the rooftop pool, although there aren't so many (only two) sun beds. They are working on that .

Small rooms but that’s Singapore

Location brilliant a really cool spot. Locals rather than tourists. Hip area without being pretentious. The lovely receptionist recommended a fab local Chinese restaurant it was soooo good we went back again and again. Clean room and great value. Bus stop for airport and main Singapore outside.
