We have repeated a stay at Heritage Collection for the second time in last 2 months because of our satisfaction. Now we were impressed due to a fantastic location and perfect layout of the appartment that was practical, clean and modern. A platform of a digital hotel works well, on-line support is achievable 24/7 and reactions of Shannen and Jarwin were helpful and quick.

Location was great, purposely booked this area. You can take bus and MRT easily. Also The staffs are super friendly Shannen and Jarwin. Very promptly send you messages for all necessary informations of staying and hotel.

The location is fantastic and the staff is very helpful. I can get all the info and help I needed via Whatspp message. The room is spacious and have a big window to see outside view. All I need is provided in the room. Water pressure is strong and hot enough. I can iron my cloth in the morning. Will recommend Heritage Collection to anyone who visiting this area.

WiFi connection near the elevator was not great, which made obtaining the digital key more difficult than needed.

Good central location, plenty of eating options nearby. Very clean. Staff was very responsive via WhatsApp.

It has a system a bit dependent of the cellphone but I guess is part of this new technological times.

It was great! The team did a great job! They contacted me before my arrival and the give me clear instructions. I haven’t seen any body there at the hotel but they were there in case I need anything just by dropping a message. I recommend this place.

This property was located at an amazing location and everything about it was perfect. Need to take a moment to thank Jarwin - he’s been amazing and very supportive. They’ve got a 24/7 WhatsApp chat support which is pretty amazing. The rooms were spacious and it had everything needed for the stay.

Great location, comfy bed and good shower pressure. Free self serve washing machines and dryers so we managed to get all our laundry done. The layout is very tiny-home-esque and thoughtful although it was a bit of a tight squeeze with 2 big suitcases you can make it work, but would be better just with small backpacks next time. Great place for a stop over in Singapore. Lots of malls and shopping options nearby. The self check in and digital system was easy to use and convenient. On the day we checked out our flight was in the evening and we were worried about dragging our suitcases around the city but we saw a poster in the hotel where they offer a free service for us to leave our suitcases and pick them up later before our flight, this was so helpful and made our last day so easy! The staff are super chill and friendly, such a good vibe, would recommend!

We had a really great stay. We were upgraded to a premium loft room just before we checked in. The loft was spacious, comfortable and also nice and quiet. We also found this hotel to be excellent value for money relative to others in Singapore. The laundry facilities available in the hotel were also great. Shannen and Alice did everything to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our visit. Thank you!

Our mobile phone key did play up a bit, making access not as straightforward as it should have been. Also, as an aging, large, land mammal, I found the size of the shower to be restrictive/small, and the stairs leading to the bed were very narrow.

The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and both Shannen and Jarwin were very helpful throughout our stay.

It could be little closer to the MRT.

It was very good for our needs. We stayed just a weekend on Singapore with low/mid budget. Room is quite small but ok for short stay. There's pretty much everything you need. Staff were very helpful and super friendly and polite! Thank you Jarwin and Shannen ;)
