Common area was a little less clean...

Wellness was great. We didn't know we had to pay extra for it before booking, but it was only 10€/person. Studio was clean, well equipped Common area was very large with a lot of features. 2 gas BBQ's, An extra kitchen to use, a big patio with extra lounge seats, tables to eat at,... You can buy a bottle of wine for a decent price :). Great wine too. Very Nice building with great views Wellness area was clean! Our studio was clean. Communication with the owner was good.

There wasn't any soap or shampoo in the shower, and the nearest grocery shop was 15 min drive

Beautiful apartment, you wake up with a mountain view. We also had a terrace with nice view. There is a sauna and shared space with coffee machine. The owners are very nice. From the apartment you can start a nice walk and see slap Kozjak and Kobarid, with beautiful stops along the river.

The house is very well equipped with perfect view on the mountains. Easy to see that the owner did everything to make sure that guests feel welll int the house.

There were no microwave oven, but this is a minor thing and we knew that in advance;)

I am joining to all other reviews it is a perfect accommodation in a spectacular environment. The rooms are clean, well maintained, beds are comfortable, in the kitchen you can find all the tools you need (except a microwave oven). In the common area you can enjoy complimentary coffee and payable wellness. Parking is free and there is enough place for everyone. Furthermore, the owners are very responsive, kind and flexible, certainly one of the best apartments I have ever been to, absolutely recommended! Also, very calm, quiet and you can see all the stars on the sky in the night. It is situated very close to Slap Kozjak, Napoleon's bridge, and you can get to Bovec for rafting in 40 minutes, or Cividale (ITA) in 30 min.

The location is a bit difficult if you are looking to ski in the area, the travel to Bovec was longer than anticipated.

The place itself is lovely, with nice and well equipped apartments, in a wonderful location if you are visiting the area for hiking, biking, etc.

there was nice view. it was really comfortable and well equipped(kitchen and so on). I recomend it if you would like any kind of active relaxing because it is a good start point or just want to hide from the world.

Apartment was very modern and everything was kind of new. Location and mountains around were fantastic. We were alone in the building we also enjoyed sauna and the view from the balcony.

There were no basic things: salt, pepper or any shampoo. Extra facilities like: sauna and whirlpool for extra price.

The house was in a beautiful location, the owner of the apartment was very kind. It was very clean and stuffed with all of the things you need in an apartment. Parking is also free. There is a sauna and jacuzzi with a big terrace which is also very beautiful.

A little bit distant from Kobarid. 45 minutes on foot (250 m of elevation difference), or several minutes on a winding road. It is a rural area, so expect flies and other insects in your room when you leave the light on and windows open.

The apartments were spacious, with balconies. Kitchen very well equipped. Great views from the balconies. If you like hiking, a stroll to Kobarid is a good start when you move in.
