We found the busy road a little noisy. Breakfast was a bit limited for people with food allergies/dietary needs and vegans would struggle.

A very characterful hotel - quite quirky and lots of little touches to make you feel welcome. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They were happy to recommend places to eat, things to do, give directions, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculate and the beds very comfortable. The location was ideal for us as it was easy to walk to the bus station and to the old town.

No hotel parking. Although it was available at a reasonable cost close by.

Very nice hotel, comfortable with good facilities and courtyard. Separate WC but good to have a sink included, so many don't. Walk into town wasn't too far. Breakfast was good with cooked breakfast options.

Unfortunately the room was in the basement with basically no access to any sunlight:( for this reason I cannot recommend this place

The headboard smelt very musty, so I slept further down the bed to avoid the smell. Also, a small design flaw with the room lighting. The lights reflect in such a way that everything white looks yellow, so the bedding looked stained, but it wasn't. The shower overflows quite quickly too.

A great size room with lots of good extras such as a small kitchenette area. Nicely decorated, nice outdoor seating area and a good breakfast. A very cute hotel.

Very frendly host, helpful with information about Ljubljana. Location is 10 minute walk from the center but it was fine for us.

If there is a water kettle, it would be more convenient for cold weather. But they provide hot water when asking the receptionist, indeed they are very helpful.

The staff is helpful and the location is nice. It’s walking distance of most of the attractions. It is also very close to the bus and train station. They serve very good breakfast!

Good value hotel in good location, ten min walk to bus/train station and ten min walk to river where you can stroll into centre. Staff were friendly, room Comfortable and nice breakfast. Handy restaurant next door which served huge meal!

The room on the ground floor is poorly sound insulated. Other guests are having breakfast next to the room's entrance door, so you can hear everything from early in the morning or from the outside (main hotel entrance). I believe other rooms on top floors are more quiet, but this one on the ground floor I wouldn't recommend.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, there is a very nice breakfast and location is quite good - few minutes walk from the main train station and ca. 10 minutes from city center. Room was clean, had everything you would need for short stay.

The shower head wouldn't tighten, it kept sliding down the pole and rotating.

Didn't sleep very well, could hear traffic from the main road, especially ambulances from 5am and could hear a lot of noise from downstairs. Maybe it could do with soundproofing, but I understand this is somewhat out of the hosts control.

Not suitable for travellers with impaired mobility - no elevator. Some rooms are in a different building so in order to get to the breakfast parlour one must go out first, which in winter might be a nuisance. However, our room was in the main building so it was not an issue for us.

The staff is very kind and helpful, which is in line with overall ambiance of a boutique hotel. The room was spatious and in fact consisted of two rooms connected with a short internal corridor in which a kitchenette is installed - very convenient. On top of that there was a quite large balcony with chairs and table. Room was clean, warm, full of light. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood (apart from emergency vehicles passing by to a large hospital nearby), close to a large chain supermarket, in walking distance (15 minutes) to the city centre. The hotel not only met our expectations, but was better than we expected.
