Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SlovakiaI got my room right next to the reception (literally 1.5m from it). I was a bit worried that it will be noisy during the late evening hours/night, but there was no problem at all. The breakfast is a standard one for a 3* hotel, the stuff was perfect, super kind. Everyone spoke English so there was no issue with the language either. The receptionist lady recommended a few restaurants nearby, she was very kind.

LithuaniaRooms were clean. They had everything we needed. Breakfast, in my opinion, had enough of options, and it was perfect and for a good price. The beds were very comfortable, and air conditioning worked well. On top of that, staff were really friendly and helped our 9-person group with everything we needed. We even got information on where to eat and what to see in Ljubljana. The location of the hotel is perfect too, because it's not too far from the old town and bus or train stations.

Our stay at the Atelier Hotel was convenient and enjoyable. The location was perfect for car travelers, making access easy, which is very good for a break from a long car trip. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable retreat. The staff was very polite and friendly. Additionally, while parking was full, the hotel staff recommended a nearby parking garage. Overall, a great choice for car travelers seeking comfort and convenience. We will be back.

SerbiaFor the price we got, we expected a slightly bigger room and a more comfortable bed..600 channels of satellite programming, all news and commercials..no channel with movies and from the ex-Yu speaking area..so the TV was useless for us.
Very good location, easy access from the highway and a 10-minute walk from the city center. Clean room. Excellent bathroom. Good breakfast for an affordable additional price. Very friendly staff. Parking provided for an additional fee. After check-out, they allowed us to leave the car to walk around the city .

The room was spacious and well equiped. The bathroom I loved! The bed super confy! The breakfast was splendid. All in all the hotel is a compact size (which I like) with excellent location, close to historical downtown and good access to the highway. The staff was professional and kind all the time. There was also a small farewell gift from the hotel which was a splendid surprise. I will be back :) Thank you Atelier!

SerbiaParking was a bit of a worry for us, because there aren't a lot of parking spots in the building's courtyard, so you can't be sure you'll have the same parking spot every time you park, or if there will be enough space for your car. However they did guarantee to find us a spot at any time, since parking is reserved and paid, so everything was ok.
Rooms were very clean, modern and comfy and well equiped. Bathroom was fantastic, very spacios with great walk-in shower. Staff was very polite, helpful and supportive. Location is perfect, very near the city center, so everything is within a 5-10 min walking distance. Breakfast was amazing, with enough options for both savery and sweet breakfast. There is an atm machine in the lobby which is very helpful, and a wending machine if you are in need of late night snacks or drinks.
