Annex is dislocated from breakfast location, the Annex is not suitable for persons with walking challenge, which was not a problem for us, but come more precise information may be helpful to some other guests. No lights on the outside stairs leading to annex.

Room was comfortable and quiet. Location is great for taking a good rest, far from traffic or places where more people commute. Location is also very close to the bus station which takes you to Piran, very handy. Breakfast was excellent.

We should have been informed that there is no hotel reception at the Bel Moretto. When we got to the hotel, a note said it was closed! So we had to ask around to find out that the main reception was at the Metropol Hotel. That is within walking distance, but with all the luggage - it is not a pleasant surprise. There is no free parking, so count that in. The pool, breakfast, and saunas are all at the Metropol Hotel. The breakfast is great in quantity, but the quality leaves much to be desired (bread, butter, jams, tea selection - all of mediocre quality).

The view from the room was great! The rooms are new and clean; we loved the complimentary bottle of water and tea-making set. The view at the breakfast was spectacular! The staff overall was very nice.

No one tells you the reception, pools and breakfast is in another hotel. Also no parking, paid 13€/day near the hotel.

You get one set of toiletries each, not replaced once empty. Breakfast was in the main 5 star hotel and always the same selection, sweets were not many... Towards the end of vacation I became creative and combined cottage cheese wrap with roasted nuts and Nutella (that was delicious)

I said i want a Garage parking they said its okei but you need to pay 14€ as i cheked in i saw the hotel parking was in a open place so with derrible space and derrible streets when you have a low car like me its a very problem for you to drive to your parking place. When you want a garge place you need to walk like 10 minutes to a garage but its not from the hotel. very bad expirinece i hope they fix it. When it rains hesvy its problematic for your car

Breakfast was every day the same, but we stay few days and is not OK. Also there is written that is private swimmingpool, but the other guest came to swim what is not OK because all places for sit and lay was ocupied.

My parents were forced to leave the hotel, because of grandpa heart attack. The receptionist and manager through email promised to refund a rest of money for their staying. It was in June 12,2023. I haven’t received still money. Also the stuff does not answer to my email. It is impossible to find any information from them. This situation is really disappointing for me.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It did not appear that the floors were vacuumed or the bathroom cleaned. Furthermore, the dirty glasses were not replaced. Also the towels were replaced with the incorrect type of towels and it was a struggle to get the right type of towel.

The hotel was well located and comfortable. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of food and was tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and clean and well located by the beach.

The outdoor pool is on the other side of the hotel. We didn't used it because it was so far.

Room I got wasn’t cleand from previous residents but since I arrived late at night and had to do some more work before sleep I decided to bite the bullet. Orherwise thumbs up, especially for Mr.Rino at the reception

Property doesnt have free parking. It costs 12eur per day. Parking could be better, because it is not asphalted.
