Wonderful property with great facilities. Very comfortable beds, It was an absolute pleasure to meet Maryan and Danica, they are superb hosts, and very kind. Easy walking distance to the lake and restaurants. We highly recommend!

Nothing at all, wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing stay. The place is so picturesque and quaint, comfortable beds and gorgeous surroundings, great location, quiet but walkable to the centre. The stay was made even more special by the hosts Marjan and Danika who were two of the kindest people we've met, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home, have great recommendations and we were thrilled to meet them. We wish we were staying longer!

Everything was great.

The apartment's location allowed us to walk to nearby attractions. The flat was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. The garden corners added a pleasant touch. A parking spot was reserved for us. The hostesses were wonderful – friendly, generous, trusting and helpful. They made us feel at home, providing us with a fantastic experience and a taste of Slovenian hospitality.

Hospitality of hosts was amazing. Welcomed with a drink and pastries whilst made familiar with the area. Apartment itself was well equipped, with washing up liquid, cooking oil etc also provided. Good location, quiet residential but only a 10 minute walk to the lake. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

we loved everything about the place- the owners were very hospitable- even made us pancakes one day. the appartment was well equiped and comfortable. the back and front yard were so green and relaxing. and to top that- a supermarket 3 min. walk, and the lake in 10 min. walk. if we could give 11 (or buy the house), we totaly would.

Spotless in every aspect... The apartment was very comfortable, ground floor with an outside place to sit and eat,moreover, a vegetable garden and herbs-just to pick up and make a salad ... A fully equipped kitchen, and if u miss something ,immediately the owner brings u with a smile Very clean apartment, +option to make laundry Location is perfect, 10 min from the lake,in a quiet area ,supermarket 3 min And the owener, Marjan M,so kind,helpful,and nice person We felt immediately at home,enjoyed every moment

That we didn’t stay long enough.

Amazing host. Welcomed us with homemade biscuits and told us we could pick vegetables from the garden. Grandkids had plenty of equipment to play with. Very comfortable accommodation. Felt right at home.

The apartment is newly build in old barn nicely and interestingly equipped with lots of wooden artifacts which match the original barn. It still offers all the comfort a guest needs. However what really stood out in this accommodation was the hospitality of the hosts. Danica and Marjan welcomed us with local snacks and drinks, gave us useful information and were ready to help anytime we needed. They even offered us traditional homemade cakes and fruits from their garden making us feel like home 🙂

Apartments host 2-4 people. A family of 5 can not fit in.

Great location. 10 min walk from Bled lake. Great hospitality by the owners. Good, well equipped apartments. Clean and simple. Spacious both indoors and outdoors.

Faultless.

it was faultless and fantastic and a great attention to detail. They were brilliant hosts and as good as we have had in 40 plus years of traveling. If you go to Bled don’t miss out on the Barn House experience.

The host Marjan was very kind and helpful towards us. Regarding the accomodation itself, it was very clean and relatively spaceious. When we arrived Marjan and his wife gave us plenty of information about the city and the possible activities, and handed us a map of Bled. Also, Marjan knows the owners of the restaurants in the city very well, thus he can help to a reserve a place for a dinner.

We arrived for a 4-night visit in mid-July 2022, a family with 2 girls (6, 9). After a long drive from Hungary, we were received by the lovely owners with a warm and homely welcome. The most charming hosts we have ever met! (must have and taste- the owner's delicacies - cookies and wine!). The apartment is charming, in an excellent location (a short walk from the lake and super Market), equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals and for the experience to be pleasant for us and the children (including TV with internet). In conclusion, we highly recommend - one of the best places we have ever stayed in!

Absolutely brilliant. Marjan and Danika welcomed us into their beautiful home and we wanted for nothing- a gorgeous, clean and comfortable apartment in a good location to explore Bled. They provided great local knowledge, checked in with us every day and even let us use some vegetables and herbs from their allotment. A stay we won’t soon forget, and we hope to come back soon!

Danica and Marjan are fabulous hosts and have decorated the barn rooms very tastefully! The Barn House was impeccable and had all the necessary things we needed for a conformable stay (comfort, location, and great hosts). We were welcomed with an array of drinks and sweet and savory treats. I can assure you that your visit to Bled will be a memorable one if you stay at The Barn House.
