How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The hotel is located in a garage, with many parked cars around. I got up early and wasn't disturbed by their work. Excellent breakfast, not included in the price. Difficult to find at night, reception until 22:00. By the time I found them, they were gone. I had to wait.
Breakfast is very rich, but you have to pay about 10 euros extra.Very clean and warm.

Nothing to complain.
A nice place in a quiet location. We love this place and we come back with pleasure every time. It has big rooms, confortable beds and is very clean. It has a parking in front of the building and a restaurant with delicious food.

The service is a chaos. The 2 employees, who have to do everything (the whole place is a bar, restaurant and hotel) don't have the time to deal with you. It's not the employees fault (they do their best, I take my hat off to them), the facility is understaffed. The breakfast is overpriced and the service was really slow in the morning due to the bar/restaurant "side" was busy (and due to the previously mentioned reason).
The room is even better than in the pictures.

its in sort of commercial/storage area so during working days it might be quite noisy. we were there during state holidays so was quiet...
Perfect location if you go for cycling trip along valley or Cervica lake, its 100m away. Breakfast upon requests. amaizing food , really we liked the food there more than in centre of Cervica and it was cheaper. Big parking.

This incredible place is in the middle of industrial area and immediatly seems not to be good. But after a few minute, you can see all good things that I listed and in 5 minute by car you are in the middle of a paradise natural area and park!!
Free park, easy access to restaurant and bedroom, very good food (breakfast and dinner), staff super, very cheap for all we had, all spots very clean

A good place to stay for a night when travelling by car. Very welcoming personnel, good breakfast and tasty pizza if you'd like smth for dinner.

There was an unpleasant smell in some of our bathrooms. The neighbourhood was quite noisy, there was a big party with loud music until late in the night (Friday). The restaurant staff is quite ignorant. We were arriving a bit late, so we phoned them in advance. They told us that the kitchen is open until 23:00. When we arrived around 21:30, they said that the kitchen is open only until 22:30, but no problem. When we tried to order our dinner around 22:00, they said we could only order pizza because the chef was not there anymore. And they presented this with a quite rude attitude (shouting "only pizze" from 10 meters distance, without apologising about anything).
The rooms are very clean and quite practically equipped. The breakfast was good and enough (only the fruits could have been better).

The location and view is not so great since it's next to a factory (but it was still quiet!)

A small refrigerator would be useful in the room, especially on Sunday when the restaurant is closed.
The restaurant is really good with fair prices. The breakfast was very good, the personnel was very helpful, the rooms are OK. The motel is in an industrial area, but during our stay it was OK, the noise was not disturbing et all.

The staff was very unfriendly and after eating pleskavitza in the hotels restaurant, my friend got serious food poisoning.
