Nice location in the center of Kobarid, enough space for parking and well equipped common kitchen. Last but not least -Jernej is really a super host, not only did he prepare us excellent breakfast, but he also allowed us to leave our car at the hotel parking lot for two days between our single stays.

Disapointed with closed pizzeria Fedrig. As owner explained it's really hard to find staff for pizzeria and due to that he had to close 😏 Hopefully that it would be managed from spring that people who stay here can eat without going outside. Fingers crossed for owner to open pizzeria again 🤞

This place was so lovely. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean and nice, the pictures really don’t do them justice. The towels and soap provided were a nice touch, as well as heaters in each room. Breakfast buffet with lots of options.

The location is fantastic, with free parking, with friendly staff, bicycle storage, delicious pizza dinner on Saturdays, pleasant courtyard with chairs and tables.

Sadly there wasn't any signs about keeping quiet after specific times so was a bit annoying that the other guests were making alot of noise until 11.30pm

Now, you have to realize that there are 7 rooms on the second floor and all of them are tiny. You will hear others making noise, you have to be considerate and do not be loud in the night hours and so on, but that is part of the charm. But still, be ready for it - your room is small, there are many different people, it has a bit of a hostel feel to it. In a nutshell: if you are looking for romantic getaway for two in the mountains, go somewhere else. If you want to stay somewhere cheap and spend most of the time outside, this is the right place.

Our stay at Fedrigs was really great. We were in the second floor where all the small rooms are (1-2 person). The floor has 3 showers and two toilets which was enough. The equipment is new and you can get there about everything you might need (washing room, WiFi, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, cooler, coffee machine, electric kettle, balcony, you name it). If you don't want to prepare breakfast yourself, treat yourself to the breakfast at Fedrigs. It is cheap and plentiful. Nothing fancy but with everything you might need to get yourself fed in the morning. The owner even made pizza evening in "pay what you want" style and over all he was a really cool guy. Everything was clean and the cleaning staff did fantastic job.¨¨ I would very much recommend it if you are going for a weekend or just need a place to stay while traveling in the mountain region. Regarding Kobarid: For food visit Hiša Polonka - be there early or book them to be sure For swimming in the river go to Nadiža Beach, it is not as crowded as in Soča and it is much warmer For organic wine visit Drink SloWine, the owner is a really cool guy For quick breakfast, burek and something sweet visit Bakery Sonček For local beer in Kobarid go again to Hiša Polonka or travel to Bovec and visit Thirsty River (they only sell beer freshly drafted into plastic bottles, no glass bottle souvenirs). Do not buy things in Mercator, visit Polonka market down the road.

Very clean apartament. Very kind stuff: they gift toy with welcome beverages, and when we asked for things like olive oil, they gave it to us for free. The breakfast is very complete: toasts, fruits, yogurts, pastries and cold cuts. The rooms are comfortable, beds and pillows are very comfy.
