Fridge and microwave available but no delph or cutlery. Temperature in room was uncomfortably warm with no means of adjusting.

Great location, 5 minute walk to gondola. Host allowed us to leave our luggage in our room past check out time to accommodate our half day skiing.

The standard of cleaning is not that high as few years ago, limescale and even some mold in bathroims. Couch fabric getting dirty. One of the beds were sqeaking.

Apartment building is next to the forest, close to the ski slopes. Apartments are spacious with view to the mountain. Kitchen equiped. Easy parking in front of the building.

The only option to pay at the time was cash, which we did not have on us, but they were kind enough to let us pay at a later time, once we found an ATM. Considering there was kitchen in the apartment, a few small additions such as oil, couple of bags of tea and dishwasher tablets could be added to the kitchen to make it conveninet for short stays such as ours, when you usually do not bring these type of things with you but might still want to use the kitchen. But this is just a suggestion.

Staff was very kind and available. The place was spacious, the location and the view on Pohorje was lovely (especially at the time of stay when it snowed) and the price was great. They were also available on the phone when we needed something and brought it proptly.

Apartment is clean and well equipped.. the view is very nice.. the sound of nature is very nice in the morning.. halal food (kebab) is located nearby.. the host is very helpful & fast respon if we need something..

The thermostat wasn’t working, we tried to put it off and nothing happened, there were 27degrees in the room while outside was only 20degrees during the day, therefore was impossible to sleep. Also the reception was unattended so we had nobody to help us during the night. This is not a 4 star hotel, more like 2 with indulgence. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. However the location was good and the surrounding area is definitely worth a visit.

this is not a 4 star hotel. there was noise all night, it was dirty, the shower didn’t work, the bed was broken and the staff couldn’t speak any language. if I could, I would definitely ask for my money back.

Poor cleaning, dirty sofa, cigaret buds on the terrace (we were on the last floor so had to be from previous guests), dirty kitchen utensils. Uncomfortable bed and poor quality of towels. Bad water pressure and no hot water at all. Had to shower in cold water.

The room was loud, because there is apparently a broken radiator in the room which makes very loud noises all the time, also in the night. No option to turn it off. There was also no hot water in the shower. No option for breakfast, but you have other locations with this option nearby.

Great location with parking in the garage. Pretty new facilities. Staff is also very nice. If you want to go hiking to Pohorje, it's less than a 5min walk to the cable car.

Something like this never happened to us, we have checked in in the evening, lat at night we have came to sleep, however there were people in our room claiming, we do not have this room booked. We were calling manager however nobody picked up the phone, next day manager never had any intention to settle the matter, their behaviour was extremely arrogant. Since we had no room we demanded re-fund, our claim we not accepted at all, manager said they cannot handle the matter, claiming, we should have called the police, which only shows their incompetence to manage their bookings. As said, never in my life something like this happened to us.
