Comfortable beds, clean new bathrooms

I booked a room on booking.com but on arrival they said that they didn’t have that type of room at the hotel any more, and hadn't had for ages. They even questioned why it was still being advertised? They offered to upgrade me to a double rom and asked for €2 more! The Wifi was strong but kept dropping out every ½ hr. There was a very strong and strange smell in the room - some cleaning product or insect spray maybe? The TV had no English channels.

The room was a good size, obviously fairly newly decorated and had a very hot shower :) The room had a big comfy bed and another single bed. The reception staff were friendly and english speaking. It was cold and the air conditioner was warm :) It was clean.

Portions could have been 20% smaller and would still have been more than enough. Otherwise OK.

Good hotel with plenty of free parking near the motorway. Local specialities dinner in good value restaurant. Breakfast has a good choice.

a good place to spend the night in transit to Montenegro, the location is convenient for the entrance, parking,delicious food in the restaurant, friendly staff, clean bed, the opportunity to visit the thermal complex (5 minutes by car) now the complex is open until 21:00. The furniture, renovations in the rooms are outdated, but everything is kept in good condition and clean.

Nothing negative to say.

The hotel was pleasant and comfortable, the rooms likewise, and we got a good breakfast, complete with gluten-free bread for my daughter who is a celiac. It was a great place to stay en route from our home in the Czech Republic to our holiday destination in Bosnia and Ptuj itself, just a few kilometres away, was a nice little town to walk around in the evening.

Only problem was the Wifi, wasn’t working properly and disconnected a lot.

The only thing that made some troble was internet logout automatically after ca 30 minutes. Needed to log in handly on and on. Also electric kettle in the apartment would be good.

The hotel is just few minutes drive from the very nice Ptuj city centre. It has a big free parking which makes it very comfrotable for drivers to park their cars. The hotel has a very nice restaurant where you can enjoy lovely local food. Hotel rooms clean and comfortable.

The transmission quality of the TV was not steady in our room.

Really a nice stopover on the way to Croatia and also nice to explore Ptuj. Good breakfast and great food in the restaurant

Breakfast should have started at 7am. It wasn't. More choice for people who are vegetarian would be appreciated.

The breakfast was average at best and not worth 8 euro pp. The hotel is in a very quiet location . The beds are very comfortable.

It should be renovated a little bit internally

The position is perfect. Close to the city center. The staff is ok. Very silent. I had a tasty dinner at the hotel restaurant. The bed are confortable.

Beautifully clean place, very nice staff, huge portions, very good, home made high quality food,comfortable beds,perfectly clean bedding,but most of all the feeling of safe, homely atmosphere. I would deffinitely recommend it and visit again. Staff always try to please.

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as the kitchen didn’t open until 7am and we had to leave earlier.
