Well thought out room, super clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. But proper shout-out to the front desk staff. They could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful.

Breakfast is excellent. Lots of food and drinks to choose. Location is perfect not far away from the city center about 5 minutes slow walk. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to park Tivoli, so anyone who likes park walks or is traveling with a dog can easy reach the park to enjoy.

Casino in the same building gives the property a somewhat different vibe, but did not cause any issues.

Overnight stay on road trip from Italy to Austria. Conveniently located close to the center of the city. Within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and many attractions. Large hotel just outside the restricted driving zone with private parking garage (be aware there are limited parking spaces, and a bit tight to maneuver). Quiet room with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom with good shower. Good breakfast buffet with wide range of breakfast items. Overall good value.

Unfortunately the elevators were not renovated and slow/not enough for the amount of floors, so we often had to wait for them a lot. The garage was quite small, the access to the hotel not according to its standards (through a casino...) and expensive. Some elements of the bathroom (e.g. sinks) were fancy designed but not necessarely comfortable.

The lobby and many of floors/rooms were recently renovated, therefore very nice. The room was very spacious, elegant and well designed, nice view from the upper floor. The breakfast was really good and full of options. Also the staff was friendly and helpful and gave us good tipps for restaurants. The hotel is a bit outside the city center but close enough on foot (10min).

there are 3 elevators, of which the bottuns for closing door are stucked inside of the frame, maybe caused by pushing violently and don't work correctly. the hotel price per night might be more expensive than i expected. the location is quit not practical, but you can access everywhere easily, because Ljubljana is a small town.

a shuttle bus from the ljubljana airport brings you to the hotel. (unfortunatelly no train from the airport to city center, only public bus or private shuttle bus are available). the hotel interrior is gorgeous and breakfast is good with different foods. gym is also available.

Staff are exceptional, fantastic location, good breakfast, Luca is a great manager, we were given an executive room at no extra cost, beds were great. It rained and the staff lent us an umbrella to use.

The room was very warm, and we asked reception about how to cool it down they informed us that the air conditioning in the hotel rooms isn't turned on until later in the year, which given it was 27C outside seemed odd.

We were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic, with views over the city and of the castle. It was spacious, the bathroom was large, and there was a separate living area. It was in a perfect location and easy to get to any part of the city. The breakfast was also excellent.

Air quality and visited the gym and found equipment not working eg exercise bike and treadmill. In addition no Air conditioning in a gym is unacceptable.

Air conditioning in the room was very poor, it was hot outside and only way to cool room was to open the window. Reception was very hot in evening as well as room.

The shower was fit only for men, not women; the room card was not working so had to be replaced and that one did not work well either. It takes you few minutes before you enter the room. The room has "the main switch" by the bed, that you may accidentally touch at night and not realise why there is no light the following morning. Breakfast was pretty basic, replenishments not quick enough
