The balcon door couldn’t close and the guy from the reception didn’t bother to mention that before we enter the room. And nobody fixed it, so we slept with open door in the middle of winter. Also attitude of the guy at the reception. You would imagine that such hotel has a professional service. And you would be wrong. He just couldn’t hide how annoyed he was with everything. Spa - 1 working sauna for xy people. Not really a spa, right?

It was a wasps nest on our balcony so we could not enjoy the view…on the last day we mentioned to the staff and they promised they will take steps… The carpet should be cleaned a bit better… But in total we loved it :)

Exceptional breakfast, fancy interiour design, clean - except the carpet, which was ok but not 100% especially under the coach-, comfortable beds, helpful staff. The whole hotel and staff gives an elegant but relaxing feeling - without the need to wear elegant clothes. Beautiful sea view from our balcony…

The Hotel looked impressive at first, until we saw our room, which was located as an appendix to the hotel, above the garage entrance. That's why probably the windows of large terrace from our room was actually blurred, so that you can't see outside. Anyway, for two nights it was ok, for a 4 star hotel.

The location of the hotel, the variety of the buffet in the morning. The room was pretty comfortable, although it looked as a box attached to the main hotel building. The staff was very helpful, called some SPAs for us.

Tap in the basin (inappropriate instalation-non user friendly solution), to small alevator for luggage/person (not possible to used at once for all family members with baby stroller with luggage)...

We had a superior room which was very big and beautiful but on the ground floor, the information that the room is on the ground floor was missing on the booking.com. If we knew this, we would prefer the room with a pool view which we didn’t choose because of the ground floor.

Excellent breakfast with whole variety of food, fruits and deserts, spotless clean and well-equipped hotel, nice staff. Located just across the street from the beaches.

The room had a strange smell and noisy neighbors.

We really liked the receptionist who told us all about the area and being bikers ourselves, the classic Indian motorcycles in the lobby. Breakfast also great choice and quality.

1. Towels were missing in the bathroom. 2. The staff was overall friendly and helpful, however, we had a not so nice encounter with one of the staff members: we wanted to print out our bus ticket for the next day since this is required by the bus company. He said in general it's possible but we should come tomorrow morning again because apparently he's super busy right now (he was standing outside when we came to the hotel and on his desk were only empty papers he pointed at when saying this). Only when we left, a bit annoyed of this obvious excuse, he was willing to print the tickets instantly. Both "dislikes" are situations that can happen and which were clarified in the end, however, we think at a hotel where you pay 100 Euro per person per night, one can expect an excellent service. Otherwise the hotel is overpriced, but probably also because it was holiday season.

The location is absolutely perfect (bus stop, sea side and shops are nearby), breakfast was very good and the beds were super cosy. Also the balcony is a big plus. The room and bathroom were spacious.

They have a policy that young children should sleep with their parents. They wanted to charge extra when i wanted a separate bed for our 5 year old, despite i reserved a room for 3 person.

The view was not good. We could only see the building next to the hotel which was 5 meters from the balcony. If the drapes were open people walking up the stairs in the next building could see everything. If the drapes were closed then there was not enough lighting in the room.

The breakfast (buffet) was great. A lot of different foods to choose from. The room was very clean. The staff was more than helpful and kind. The WiFi was fast and stable.
