We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Francevery helpful staff. got a good night's sleep. hotel has a casino which attracts Italians from over the border. Price was a tad on the expensive side but it was a Saturday night, Short walk from Slovenian railway station but you need a taxi for the Italian railway station.

The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are well-equipped but somewhat old-fashioned. Our room smelled of tobacco smoke, which was very uncomfortable. The breakfast is good. However, the restaurant is average... The staff is friendly.

SloveniaNice and comfortable room, but maybe over priced. There are few hotels and accommodations in Nova Gorica, so they can drive the price as much as they want. But I have stayed in multiple 4 and 5 star hotels around Europe and this is not it. The room is still very nice, clean and practical, regardless of it being overpriced. Also, excellent breakfast choices, I was able to order room service breakfast every day.

SloveniaThe balcony could have chair. Cleanliess is not the best asset of the hotel. Rooms are small but bed is comfortable. Bathroom was done without thinking twice, One can hear everything from toilets bellow and above the room. Showering is impossible without wettening whole bathroom and hallway.

AustraliaFor a 4 star hotel, it really needs an update! I was surprised that the rooms did not have any individual temperature control (you could only use a fan), there were no plug sockets by the bed (really?!) and the wifi was not reliable.
