We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was very clean and very eco conscious, which we liked. The breakfast was really good and the property is close to everything and yet is very quiet and peaceful. The roof top is amazing, you can enjoy your morning coffee or a drink at night and they even house community run bee hives as well… so amazing.

Great shower, mattress and breakfasts. Stayed a week and did daytrips from there. Location can't be beat. Easy walk to train and bus stations.

RussiaThe only issue is the absence of a parking lot. However, you can find a free space in the city's parking area. This can be inconvenient, especially when you are trying to figure out how the parking machine works for the first time. It seems that finding a hotel in Ljubljana with a parking lot is quite rare.
I can not recall any severe problems in that hotel. Hence, everything was good.

IndiaThough I stayed 4 nights, my room just had a basic cleaning of trash cans being emptied. The bedsheets weren’t changed even once though I was told it would be changed after 3 nights.

PolandThe problem with the car - You cannot reach the hotel directly, and the hotel does not have a parking place. The nearest parking is 10 min walk from the hotel - it costs 32 euros/24h.
Fine breakfast, enough food, and quite good coffee. The location was very good - near an old town (10 min walk).

The facility is located in the city center, 10 minutes' walk from the train and bus stations. The room was well equipped and clean. The same applies to the bathroom. It was quiet and peaceful. Nice view from the 10th floor of the building. Check-in is simple and quick. Very close to the center and other city attractions, including the Castle. Even though it is a large facility, I did not feel crowded or noisy. I recommend this place to everyone and probably when I return to Ljubljana I will return to B&B Hotel Lubljana Park.

SerbiaI really don't have much negative to say, to be honest. Everything was either standard or above standard according to my experience. It would have been nice to have more versatile vegetarian options for the breakfast, though.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location was great - many interesting things like Trubarjeva and other city center goings-on were close by. The rooms are clean and well-equipped for an overnight stay. I also appreciate the information regarding local areas in the hallways and the commitment to eco-consciousness.
