We enjoyed a lot our stay in Residence Novak. Very good location walking distance to the lake. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped. To someone’s previous opinion: sauna works very well (there’s manual to read how to use it), there’s no oven, but there’s microwave, air fryer, toaster and many pots to cook - enough to prepare meals. We loved the view from terrace and how peaceful and quiet this place was. Perfect for couples!

Literally everything! This is as close to perfection as an apartment can get! Hosts are very nice and supporting, and subtle. And apartment is pure joy: clean, spatious, every needed detail is already in place before you can think about it. For our potential next stay in the area we will definitely use this apartment!

The Place Is Amazing, with a cozy living room and a warm and charming chalet appearence, we really enjoyed our stay for a complete detox from the daily busy routine. The residence Is located 10 Min walking from the lake, it's quite isolated and with a bit of luck you can see the stars all night long. Beautifull!

We rented the ground floor apartment with a large terrace and a small backyard to step out to - which was absolutely fantastic as we wanted to do a little barbecue one night. The house is at a perfect location, close enough to the village center to get everything we need (supermarket, restaurant etc in walking distance) but far enough to have our peace and quiet. The house is overlooking the lake and just a short stroll away from it. Hiking trails are easy to get to. The sauna is an awesome little treat at the end of a long day of hiking - though not as hot as a regular finn sauna. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, the house is spotlessly clean. Would go back anytime!

The apartment is located very close to the lake. Very modern and conformable. We came here in autumn and the weather is not so good. It rained almost during our entire stay. So when we came back every day after hiking, we were half wet. Luckily, there is a heater in the bathroom with which we could dry our clothes overnight. Perfect apartment after a wet hiking. Highly recommended! Besides the apartment is also very close to the supermarket and two amazing restaurants. Hiking paths are just around. Scenery is absolutely amazing. I would definitely come back in a different season.

The property is literally right on the lake trail. The view is spectacular and the suite as well. We were provided with everything we needed and there were lovely extras as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. Highly recommend!!!!

More beautiful in person than in pictures. We especially loved the outside area and spent loads of time relaxing in the afternoon sun, taking in the view. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

The top floor where we stayed had sloping ceiling. So need to be careful not to hit your head. Road to the property is narrow. Don’t take a very big car.

Property has a washer and dryer, but they are located on the top floor and are awkward to use due to the stairs. Dryer barely worked (unless we used it wrong?). There is a very narrow drive to the building that looks almost impossible for wagons, but it’s doable. Ground floor living room furniture is not very comfortable.

We (two couples) stayed in both the ground floor and middle floor apartments for four nights. The apartments are both beautiful and comfortable, with wonderful beds and great bathrooms. The views are spectacular, particularly from the middle apartment (although there are wooden slats somewhat obscuring the view). The ground floor apartment has a two person sauna, and the middle floor has a one person, both take about 20-30 minutes to heat up but worked as intended. Kitchens were very well stocked. Great patio furniture. Incredible place!

This place is just perfect in everything! We stayed at the Residence Novak for 5 nights. We have been welcomed so friendly and received some local advices for the stay. The flat is new, so pretty and it has everything you need. The kitchen is big and has really everything, besides an oven, there is a microwave though. The balcony is so cozy and more than well-equipped with outdoor furniture. The balcony is perfect for every weather as it has a roof. You have a stunning view over the lake bohinj. We spent so much time on the balcony before and after our trips. If it is cold outside, it is also really nice to spend time in the cozy living room. You can also easily walk down to the lake. The place is close to many nice places to hike and stara fužina is pretty itself. It has a supermarket in town. The hosts are just so friendly and ready to help, if you need some. You can contact easily via message or phone. We loved our stay so much and we will definetly come back! Thank you so much again!

There was no washing mashine there.

Everything. The appartment is nice, newly renovated, clean, situated excellent, with wiev both on Triglav and Blohin-sea. It is at the edge of the village. The sea is a few hundreds meters away. The sea is a little bit cold but nevertheless is enjoyable. We had a small injury (wesp bite) with some allergic reaction. The host was ectremly helpful, she arranged for us that the first aid waited for us even after working hours. Ever greatful for her and the medical personal at first aid in Bohinjska Bistrica.
