Super clean and beds were SO comfortable! Fabulous modern TV plus a sauna on the lower floor . Staff were lovely and really helpful when trying to ski at another resort - extremely knowledgeable. Breakfast also was delicious and plenty of it !

Parking to be paid and Tele not working. For the price of the hotel i would expect that parking was included. Rooms were cold when arriving.

*It didn't bother me but it bothered my partner but there was a random intermittent low hum coming from the air conditioner (even when it was off) that you didn't notice till it was late at night when you were trying to sleep (ear plugs were useful) *We also saw two silverfish on the ceiling by the air conditioner *The man at reception said the hotel bar/restaurant was shut at 3pm so we couldn't buy a drink (but as it was a Sunday, all the shops were shut too) *The restaurant was shut on the Saturday evening as well, not sure why. But there were plenty of restaurants to choose from in Kranjska Gora

*Absolutely gorgeous location with amazing views, right in the town, and a bus stop right out front (buses were very cheap, ~€2 to Ljubljana) *Great that we were allowed to leave our baggage at the hotel after we checked out whilst we went on a September hike (caught a cheap bus to Rateče and walked up to the Three Country Border/Tromeja - highly recommended) *Nice breakfast (menu rather than a buffet), L'Occitane toiletries, Netflix on the TV, coffee pod machine, mini bar in room and room service, blackout blinds on the Velux windows *The listing/website isn't clear and there's no photos but there is a small spa with two saunas, and you can have in-room massages but we didn't have the chance to enjoy those

A family run, luxury hotel in an ideal position to explore Kranjska Gora and the surrounding area. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and they have a great knowledge of places to visit nearby. Great choice at breakfast. Recently refurbished rooms which are very comfortable to relax in after a long day out

We loved the hotel, staff and location - what's not to like.

Breakfast was excellent, however it was not the buffet as advertised on the website. Likewise, the evening restaurant was not available and the hotel only offered cold meat/cheese sharing platters (Very nice) - again this is not what was advertised on the website. The views from the balcony were stunning.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean, beds were amazing!! Prize was a bit much for a small room, however the experience overall compensated that a bit. Breakfast a la carte, also very nice!

Our stay was more on the spontaneous side. Because it was the off-season we almost had the hotel to ourselves. The staff was really helpful and amiable even though we didn't really look like the usually 4 star hotel guests with our backpacks and dirty hiking boots. They tried there best to make a really great vegan breakfast. I'm pretty sure they would be best prepared (with plan based yogurt or some other alternatives) if we said in advance we would like to have a vegan breakfast. They really care for their guests. Sauna also was great! Would come again!

Cute boutique hotel in the center of Kranjska Gora, just a few minutes walk to the ski slopes. Very friendly staff and a very good restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel
