We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SloveniaThere was dental floss on the floor, which means the room was not properly cleaned. Bad battery in the smart TV remote. If the price of the room would not include entry to the Orchidelia spa (usually this is not included in the hotel price), room would be overpriced. For such a price you could get a much better hotel.
Nice hotel, great room, helpful stuff, great breakfast. It's great that the Oridelia spa is only for adults. Beautiful and good saunas. It's great that they offer the option of FKK evening bathing.

Spa as a whole You need to pay €30 for the good thermal spa (the one with the purple photos) however it is worth it and a great way to spend the day. Buffet was a good as they come. Only stayed 2 nights but could have done more. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Food was delicious, a lot of choices, self-service breakfast and dinner. The room was ok, nothing so special, but the whole hotel is phenomenal, amazing arhicture and good energy inside. Natural and modern. I love the style of hotel and therme orhidelija.

CroatiaThe bar could be more modern, there is an obvious lack of service in the bar. Very often there is just one employee who has to be a bartender and waiter at the same time. Mattresses are horrible! For a four-star hotel and that price, they have to be way better. Please fix this if possible!
I really liked the breakfast and dinner. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Wellness and saunas are superb, some of the best in the whole area (Slovenia, Italy and Austria).

TurkeyWe only didn't like the restaurant Lipa. So many kids and loud shows... the food was OK. Nothing special. I would prefer to eat in hotel restaurant if I go again.
We like the room. Staff was kind and helpful. The Orhidelia part was amazing! Great for couple and for the ones who is looking for some peace. The breakfast was also good. I would recommend the hotel and Orhidelia.

AustriaWe were extremely dissatisfied, to the point that we left 1 night earlier than planned. We received a 50EUR voucher from the receptionist who was very sweet and felt very bad but we are not coming again and will of course never use that voucher. It's a complete false marketing on booking.com. We booked for the wellness part which turned out it's not included and you have to pay extra. Not only that but it was also all booked out, so we couldn't even pay to get to the SPA. There was only 1 massage slot and we couldn’t even choose which massage we want. Which means for us it was just an average hotel with a pool. I was surprised how awful the food was as the ratings here were all pretty amazing on the food part. It was terrible! I couldn't believe they didn't manage one proper meal. The broccoli was dead, the pasta was swimming in white sauce which was supposed to be cheese sauce. The meat was burnt on the outside bloody on the inside. And the omelette was my highlight because I thought no one can mess up an omelette. However, it was possible! They just kept on spilling oil on the grill plate. The plate wasn’t cleaned from the previous omelette so they just added all the burnt leftovers in my omelette and the choice was only onions and zucchini and it was only 9.30am. Then finally she said ok she’ll take cheese and brought back chunks of cheese and didn’t remove the ends, so just added them inside as well. While she was away to get the cheese the oil on the plate was just burning including all the other leftovers. She comes back without cleaning and starting all over she just served me the wonderful oily, uncooked omelette with burnt vegetables inside. Don’t get me started on the porridge! The reviews I read were all hyped about how much food there was, I would’ve been happier with less choice and at least one meal tasty.

United KingdomWe didn't like that there was a 'premium' spa facility. But the upgrade was €29 per person for the day, so pretty reasonable and we would recommend it if you don't have children. And, what's wrong with the hotel car park ?? We couldn't use it .
We liked the staff, they were pretty friendly although unusually for Slovenia, there wasn't a lot of english speakers. The buffet breakfast & dinner were good too. Very busy & a little overwhelming at first but a bery good choice of good quality food to choose.
