Not able to make tea coffee in the apartment although that didn't matter as they restaurant downstairs could provide what we needed.

Very centrally located hotel with great upmarket facility. The apartment we had was best placed with full view of the Tartini square and we could see everything happening there from our apartment. Its so close, we felt we were on the square. The apartment itself we decorated artistically (well its called Art hotel) and all facilities were superb. Staff very friendly. Not being to drive to the Piran centre was itself an experience (pleasant though). We parked in the garage outside and walked with luggage to the hotel as its pleasant seaside walk. There is free bus service too.

We loved sitting on the balcony morning and night looking at the harbor and watching the aerobatic swifts zooming past our room. The breakfasts were excellent. Staff was super, and gave us helpful suggestions about how to best travel to and from Piran.

Couldn’t ask for anything better

Amazing location with great sea views! We could watch the storm roll in. The beds are comfy, good pillows, shower has good pressure. Honestly would love to stay here again!

Being on the plaza side was a mixed blessing with the Saturday night concert. I enjoyed the actual concert but was not such a fan of the DJ. Thankfully, it ended not long after 11 pm, because it would have been impossible to sleep. This would have been an issue for families.

Great location with the sea on one side and square on the other. The staff were amazing. They were helpful and caring. I had great conversations at reception and was sent to a wonderful restaurant to make up for a disappointment in one beside the hotel. She then arranged for another great meal. The charming young lady at breakfast always asked how I was and made a point of showing me all of the buffet's offerings on the first morning. The breakfast was generous.

The hotel is fantastically located on the Tartini square. My room was on the third floor, facing the square and had a large French window. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices

Little bored staff and small room.

Great location in town centre, the only disadvantage of the location was the impossibility of parking, however, we parked in the Arze garage about 10 minutes (by walk) from the hotel. Reception staff looked a bit bored. However breakfast staff was great, breakfast were delicious too. Room was a little small, but our room had a big terrace.

Rooms are tiny, especially the bathroom. Lift takes to the 3rd floor, so if your room is on the 4th floor you have to use the narrow stairs, which is not a huge issue but worth to mention.

Excellent location, nicely renovated hotel. Great view from the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Discounted parking.

Since you are in the center of town was a little noisy.

Location was close to everything. Staff was extremely friendly. Beds were comfy. Art work very fun.
