We would have liked the sauna area to have been differently organized. Both in Termalija and in Orhidelia spa areas you cannot enter the saunas in your swimming costume. it is not allowed. You can enter with a towel or nude. There should have been an option for people to enter in swimming costumes, because they also pay extra for the saunas in Termalija or Orhidelia spa areas.

The room was nice with a very comfortable bed and a balcony. The food was amazing, very good quality as well as variety. The hotel has a very large pool in the spa area with clean, warm water. All in all, a good experience.

- The dinner is ok for its value if you stick to vegetarian/vegan options. Meat and fish dishes felt below average. - More towels would be useful (when going to the gym, from one area to another...) - More signs to circulate around smoothly as it was sometimes unclear where to find toilets or specific areas - Soap/shampoo should be provided in the showers

- The continental breakfast was well furnished - The facilities are quite large so even if there were a lot of people, we could find some space - The staff is friendly - The spa set (towels, bathrobe and sleepers) is very useful

When we stayed at hotel there were very loud people who was jumpin or doin some “cardio” 4 o’clock in the morning. I coudnt connect to wifi, there was very misleading pictures on booking.com which didnt show a real picture od the hotel room. For the pice i expected to get some more relaxation.

I liked food in the restaurant Lipa very much. I have celiac disease that why i ate ate Lipa. All would be nice if we didnt have to pay for the drink at the dinner, which made me angry because we payed so much for reservation.

We had a small problem in the bathroom which was not fixed. Rooms are quite small, but still comfortable. It gets a bit boring at night, not much to do.

The staff is exceptional. Breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. Terme Olimia is nice, but for the other one you need to pay extra.

A beautiful and unique place surrounded by nature. The best rating for the hotel and service, the hotel employees are very friendly and hospitable, the accommodation is excellent, the food as well. The facilities offered by the complex are unique in Europe...swimming pools with thermal water...several types of saunas...massages and body care...everything is wonderful. All the best recommendations for this place.

The hotel's own pool it's a joke. The room and overall hotel modernity were not quite good. The air conditioning in the room was way too loud. Also the bedding in the summer was still for winter. Other than that it was good, but a little bit far from excellent.

Breakfast and dinner were quite good, with many options to choose from and the food being tasty. food, location, atmosphere. Aquapark Luna included in the offer is a plus. The staff was excellent and always ready to help.
