The restaurant is disappointing. They can cook pasta and salads but not meat. I believe they never heard about a beef steak. Medium rare? Never heard. Pepper souse? Let's put a lake of beef bullion on the plate. Don't look at the photos on booking.com. I think they took them from the photo stock. Most of them are fake or the restaurant saw better times. Breakfast was quite poor, but I hope it is because of the low season. Since there are no other restaurants nearby, be ready to be eating there during your staying or find any other place in advance.

Beautiful location among mountains. A very good place to relax in a nice thermal spa.

Location is nice, on the countryside, near the forest. Staff was very nice and helpful. What positively surprised was the breakfast - variety of offer, home-made spreads etc. Staff was able to clean very quickly after the group in front of me, and refill the offer - hats off :)

The check-out time of 10:00 AM is a little too early and I wish I could have stayed in my room until 11:00 AM to relax and enjoy my morning in the Slovenian countryside a little longer.

Despite checking in a little late, I had the good fortune of arriving at Eco Terme Snovik on a night in which Night Swimming was available late into the evening. The staff on site helped me find my room, gave me suggestions on local Slovenian dishes I could enjoy from the restaurant on site, and even sold me some wonderful locally made souvenirs at wonderful prices. The health resort at Eco Terme Snovik was an absolute paradise, in which I was able to enjoy a late evening swim in their thermal waters and relax in their World of Saunas after a long day of sightseeing in Ljubljana. The staff at the Front Desk was friendly and professional, the staff at the restaurant on site was attentive and willing to help me chose drinks and dishes that I would enjoy, and the location of the resort - on the foothills of the Slovenian Alps - made for the perfect getaway to relax and be at one with nature. I really liked that my overnight stay included two admissions to the thermal waters in the price and that a delicious breakfast had also been included in the rate that I paid.

The big pool area doesn’t have a sauna, so if you want to go to a sauna, you have to buy it extra for 10 euros (or 11 if you want to enter the spa area twice/day).

The location is beautiful. It’s out in the hills, beautiful surroundings, quiet only the sound of the little creek can be heard. The apartment is spacious, was perfectly fitting for 3 people. It was clean, the kitchen contained everything we needed. The staff was nice, hardworking and kind people. The price includes two entrances per day to the big pool area, which is situated a few minutes walk from the apartments. And once you decide to pay for it, the spa (sauna, turkish bath, small warm bath) is excellent, quiet, and you are offered fruits there and can spend they day there if you wish.

Te room we stayed in was very small and it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival (stain on the floor, a lot of dust and some spider webs). The staff was generaly friendly, but they should have offered to clean the room or even switch it after our complaint to the reception.

The location and surroundings of the accomodation are wonderful, with a lot of possibilites for active holidays - hiking, jogging or just relaxing in nature. The pool and spa were very clean and tidy with new facilities, and the restaurant offered good food a la carte. Breakfasts were good, with a lot of food to choose from, but unfortunately diinners, included in the half-board, were very basic and a bit generic.

The rooms are quite dated (which is ok), but so were the beds. The mattresses have the shape of a hammock and the bed squeaks with every move. We could hear a television all day and all night long from a room next to us (this was probably just bad luck with the guests staying next to us). In summary: really nice pool and food and location, but not so nice rooms.

Free access to the pool, which is very nice. We spent a full day there and feel like reborn. It's also very family friendly, there were lots of families with kids of all ages. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Really nice dinner and breakfast. We'll be back!

Everything was fine, but definitely it is not a 4 star hotel as promoted, it is 3 star very solid hotel.

Wellness and pools are beautiful, especially at the evening when it is night swimming. Rooms are ok, food is ok.

They promote their hotel as a dog friendly hotel. However that is not really true, because dogs are allowed just in rooms, otherwise you cant visit any other room/restaurant with your dog, which is not really comfy. Not even in main building! So you have to keep your dog in room or outside. And if you ask them to take your food outside so you can stay with your dog, it is a huge problem!!! So please, dont promote your hotel as a dog friendly or go check other hotels how it should look and what it means!!!!! Food is average, nothing special, but you are not hungry. :D

The location is nice, in the middle of the nature. Free parking, free electric car charging. Inside and outside pool looked great.

Rooms are bit outdated, like 15 years. Its spacious but beds are not very comfortable - they should replace matracess. Be ready to walk outside to get to restaurant.

Its close to thermal park. If youre looking for nice hotel with wellness this might bé your choice. Surroundings are nice. Breakfast and dinner was very good!

Meals- we were half board and went to eat about 45 mins before advertised finish time but found they had run out of some things on each occasion. Also think it is poor to charge 30 euro for washing up but not provide anything to wash up with.

Excellent pool facilities, the slides were so much fun.

I only did not enjoy the bed, the two small mattresses combined for a couple mattress is not good to sleep in two! Big mattress would be much more convenient and comfortable. Besides, the mattress was old and too soft!

The pool is amazing, huge and warm. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of food and dinner is also very good. The facilities in the room make it it perfect to spend days in the resort.

The apartment was slightly tired…and some of the facilities were not completely maintained….we went on the exercise trail and some of the stations were overgrown with weeds, for example. The restaurant was a bit basic too.

Just minor issues: The buffet area is a bit gloomy, will be nice if they could add a few lights. On our bedroom, there is a b&w picture of a couple which can be uncomfortable to look at. I find it is unnecessary to have their picture there. Its maybe their wedding picture but kinda creepy for us to sleep in a room with this. The pictures on the frames hanging on the walls of our apartment should have friendlier pictures in it, that can bring happy feelings, not these pictures of depressing objects in B&W. Aircondition is only at livingroom, not in bedroom. On warmer days, I recommended to bring your own electricfan, (we always bring our small e.fan on our summer trips for situations like this) or just sleep at the livingroom, but then the Sofabed is hard.

The apartment location is few steps to the pool areas. Friendly personals. Enough varieties of food. We enjoyed our stay and we would be happy to come back.

Dinner all ready-made/freezer stuff, tinned fruit & mash from powder (would hopefully improve with more staff), outdoor pool was dirty and opening times for in-&outdoor only from 9am, which doesn’t allow for a pre-breakfast swim.

Funny place but nice. Would stay here again. Very family focused, which is great for families! Out in the country so you essentially stay at the property. The staff was great. The pool and area around are well maintained. The property is beautiful. Rooms are a little dated and the Saturday night dance party could be heard through the windows. OK wifi speeds in the room. The meals are adequate, especially at the price paid. The kitchen went out of their way to make something vegan, which was amazing.

The layout of the food court feels and is crowded. Unfortunately it is forbidden to take the food outside, even though the resort is in the middle of the forest. I understand that for nine months of the year this is not relevant, because it is too cold outside, but during the summer months it would be so much nicer to eat breakfast and dinner outside, not in a stuffy crowded dining area. Lastly, regarding the sauna area: the rules for using the sauna are not really clear. Some people were using the sheets provided to sit on them and they were naked (as I think it is supposed to be), but others were simply not using any sheets and were sitting in the sauna with their swim suits directly on the benches. Everyone was tolerant, but I think also a bit confused of what is the right way to behave.

The indoor pool is very spacious. The outdoor pool is not heated, but it's big enough to swim laps. Not being heated is actually a plus for the outdoor pool, because it means it's primarily used for swimming (except when it is very hot outside). The apartment is spacious and during the night the resort is very calm: you can really hear the sounds of nature. We particularly appreciated the friendly staff at the check-in desk, who obviously work hard, but are always efficient and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed the massage in the spa, and the masseuse was also very friendly and professional. I recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. Apartment is 2 minutes walk from terme. Kitchen is well equipped (but without a dishwasher). Hot towel dryer ) Comfortable bed. Cozy atmosphere. Terme itself is a real enjoy. Definitely will stay there again.
