Room very small, we had a lot of luggage because we had been somewhere else for 2 weeks. If only a small amount of luggage would be fine, also small bathroom but nice.

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Orders were taken individually, we were able to sit together as a large group (8) -- a great way to start the day! The rooms were comfortably appointed, and each room had a window overlooking Ljubljana. Room sizes did vary significantly. We particularly appreciated the little "green machines!" that allowed us to have transport from the hotel to the taxi with our heavy bags. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Asistance number of the parking spot was not available when it was heavily raining and we could not used it.

The bath. Probably unnecessary in a hotel room. Difficult for elderly or impaired people to have a shower.

The room was wonderful overlooking the river …a last minute change from an economy room…thank you SOPHIA. Location exceptional, reception staff amazing. Overall a great hotel in the old city.

We were asked to move rooms after one night (staying 2 nights) to another room due to an ‘over booking’… We said we didn’t mind but the new ‘upgrade’ room was in the 5th floor and whilst a large, duplex room. The terrace was not great as it was right next to all the air conditioning units and was boarded in… We didn’t use it and in hindsight we should have just said we’d prefer not to have to move rooms…

I opted for a windowless room which for a single traveller was fine, but I'd not pick same option if coming back with my wife.

In the heart of Ljubljana. Great location. Lovely restaurant. Good WiFi which made working from the hotel easy. Had a great meal on the Saturday night. Breakfast was also excellent. Good value for money. The staff team were friendly and attentive and knowledgeable.

We can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

The location was great. Right in the centre, close to all of the sights. The room, and the hotel in general, was very clean and modern. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. Finally the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel provide an ala carte menu rather than the typical buffet style, which we preferred.

The staff was hit and miss. The young woman who checked us in was extremely nice but the others we interacted with were indifferent.

No suggestions here - I felt really spoilt at this accomodation.

Breakfast was amazing! Location was fantastic - our room had a window overlooking the river and we could watch and hear a violinist on the bridge. This was pretty magical! Having a bath in our bathroom was an added bonus.

the hotel sent me old photo of the hotel without sign board which confuse me alot to reach the hotel. and the hotel didnot inform me about the electrical car to transfer my luggages as the taxi cannot park near the hotel and I have to walk far away with heavy luggages under rainy wether.

Its proximity to all we wanted in Ljubljana and great food and wine. All the staff - whether on reception, waiting, and cleaning were exceptional in their desire to help and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
