The main drawback I didn't see in the property description before booking are the 4 flights of narrow stairs. Having 2 shared bathrooms was ok, but going up and down 2 flights of stairs to reach them, was inconvenient. I don't see this could be changed or an elevator added.

Gregor, the owner, was very nice and helpful. The place is tastefully decorated. There is a lot of signage and tourist maps The location is fantastic, close to the main plaza. The welcome treats in the bedroom were a nice touch. The roof top terrace was a good feature

Not for someone with mobility issues as you must go up and down stairs multiple times. Maybe I couldn't find it, but did not see a microwave.

The location is what it's all about, right in the heart of the old town. A comfortable , quiet place to lay my head at night.

The twin bed room was a bit small but doable for one night.

Perfect location, the apartment complex is very organized and has all the information you need. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was extremely clean. The terrace is beautiful!

Fantastic location, metres from the main square. Gregor sent very detailed instructions about where to park, how to check in/out etc- thank you! Lovely touch of leaving drinks and chocolates next to the bed. This is a great hostel-clean and centrally located.

Loud guests on my last night there singing and yelling till 1am. Obviously the owner couldn’t stop these inconsiderate guests from doing this and when I told the owner he did apologise. My room although advertised for 2 people really would only be suitable for 1. Very small but very comfortable bed.

The location was fantastic right in the heart of Piran, the roof terrace was great too.

Location was perfect accommodation was very clean, nice complementary chocolate and drinks.

Any towels would only be available for additional 1-2 EUR pay. We also did not like that parking difficulties were not communicated with us. (Instructions how to get a free 30 mins car pass into Piran centre and overnight parking options would have saved us a lot of time)

Everything was clean, kitchen was well-equipped with much needed tea and coffee. Beds were simple, but comfortable. We liked the compliment left for us in the room as well as the roof terrace.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like as Gregor warned us ahead of time it's not the best for disabled persons...Not to be facetious but my only complaint was having to leave too soon. Piran is magical.

The property is in a lovely part of this small city within those famed narrow cobblestone streets - all very meticulously clean as was the property and apartment itself. Gregor worked with us before the trip as we had to sort out the complication of accommodating our friend in a wheelchair...we carried him up two steep landings and down the next day...great story with pics...The price was very decent considering how many of us there were (eight)...Comfortable beds..All amenities of decent quality and function. I highly recommend this place.

The room is really tiny. I am not sure how two adults with bags fit in there. I would recomand for people who plan on being in the hotel as little as possible.

The location of the house in the center is great, the bed was comfortable. The roof terrasse is great. Kitchen and bathroom are well equiped. A lot of leaflets about the activities to do around.

No good solution to put expensive bicycles in a safe place for the night (better to indicate it on the description, to know that before payement)

If you will book a single room, notice that it will be on the last floor, and the restroom is on the first. Unfortunately it had to feel very inconvenient for pregnant me

I did like the position,once I found it,think directions need to be better Need to mention that only the single room was in that floor,in fairness

This what I didn’t like,Unfortunately my single room was on the top floor,I needed to go down 3 flight to the bathroom,and kitchen, not good enough.I have been caught out too many times,unaware of flights of stairs to many bookings I have done I really think Booking.com need to include on the property description,lifts, amount of stairs in the property,I know we can contact and ask,but,never would I have ever expected to be 3 flights of stairs to a toilet

Air-con was acting up.

Great location. The common kitchen is well equipped and a good place to meet other travellers. The host communicates well and does his best to make your stay comfortable.

Actually nothing to complain about.

The beds were absolutely amazing. It was clean and I liked they operated based on trust (for example you had to leave cash money in a wooden box for tourist tax)
