Very steep hill to walk up, recommend a car.No handrails on steps. No breakfast facilities yet but are coming.Book a taxi and don't use rank in town.

The location is great, but keep in mind you need a car or are fit enough to climb the hill. I really loved just enjoying the view while lounging next to the pool. The grass by the pool was one of the lushes grasses I have met in a long time - it was really nice walking barefoot and enjoying the greenery while taking in the seaside view.

There is nothing bad to say, at all, seriously, this is an exceptionally good hotel!

Absolutely stunning hotel with its unbelievably scenic location, facilities, service and staff. I took my mother for a trip to Slovenia from the UK where she could not escape for a travel for a long time due to all the COVID restrictions since 2019. We planned to visit Slovenian coastline with overnight stay somewhere and I decided to keep the place secret, I did not tell her about the reservation with this hotel, so, while driving on scenic road near Portoroz she exclaimed "Ohh, what a wonderful view here, I wish I stayed in a hotel room somewhere with similar view to the sea and just relax!", what a surprise it was to see the hotel just behind the corner around 200-300 meters down the road from the place where she said those words, she was so happy. From the first impression at the reception till the last moment before we left it was only positive emotions, they put lots of attention into details such as nice herbal smell in the lounge, great calming music in sauna with very nice small statues and other elements of décor placed around the facilities, small cosy library section in the lounge to spend evenings at (I am not a literature reader but still went there in the evening just for relaxing experience). Sauna and pool area are just a perfect size, not too small to feel limited and not too big to feel like in large community/public spa centre with lots of people, all through our stay there was a sense of privacy and relaxation. In general I recommend booking this place to everyone who want to forget about all the life problems and just relax for a day or few, without hesitation. P.S. The reception lady even gave a small gift to my mother at the check-out which now serves her as a reminder of her stay there. Thank you!

The way down and up to the sea side are quiet steep and can be difficult for some people.

The main point of the hotel is its view. The sunsets from our balcony were really amazing. The room was really big, with a large bathroom, a comfortable bed and a big balcony. The covered pool and the sunbathing area were also splendid.

The villa has great location. Is situated on the hill so you have a great view of Portoroz. Very kind staff was very helpful. Even in september the weather was good and we spend a lot of time on the terrace. We recomend this accomodation.

Additional piece of furniture like for example chest of drawers or a kind of bureau - underneath the TV set there is enough space for that - would be nice.

Friendly personnel + clean and comfortable room + nice location + perfect beach = great see vacation! Use second time in a row and very likely will be coming again.
