Monday 7.30 roadworks started 20 meters from our window and we had no information on that. Parking area sign is missing - it is a mission to find.

Nice breakfast, large bedroom and bathroom and confortable bed. Variety of Hungarian TV channels available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and provided ample comfort throughout my stay. However, what truly stood out was the remarkable service provided by the staff, particularly a young man at the reception desk. When my daughter accidentally left her tablet in a taxi, he went above and beyond to assist us in locating it. His dedication, kindness, and quick thinking made all the difference, and we are incredibly grateful for his help. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of and its outstanding staff. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. We look forward to returning in the future.

The breakfast was a little sad. Although the staff was attentive and cooked eggs to order which were delicious. Checkout was at 10:30, a bit earlier than others.

Easy self check in with use of an app on my phone. Spacious room with large bathroom. A bit of a walk to old town, but we knew that when booking and prefer extra steps!

No hotel parking - you have to find a space in the street and get a parking ticket from the machine but parkerung is free from 18.30 to 07.00. Rooms do not have air con. The hotel restaurant is closed but they offer breakfast delivered to your room for a small cost at 7.30 and unfortunately this did not suit as I had to leave earlier in the morning for my trip.

Beautiful hotel located a 5 minute walk from Kosice town centre. The hotel is contactless and accessible using an app to open the main entrance and bedroom doors. Rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated.and I will definitely stay here again. Close to restaurants, cafes, and shops and tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Noise from the tram line just outside the hotel did disturb us. Cannot move the hotel but would be a great idea if there would be an A/C in the room so there is no need to keep the windows open throughout the night.

Optional breakfast buffet selection is much limited and not worth its price. You may want to ask for a room not facing the main street not to be exposed to the noise generated by the trams too much. In order to enter and exit the parking lot you have to call the reception each time and I guess access codes would be much friendlier (not to mention the fact that the parking place itself looks a bit like a horror movie setting ;-) as the deserted and dilapidated ex office building stands in the middle of it).

Walking distance from the main (Old Town) street and attractions. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and the beds are really comfy. Wifi connection of good quality. Staff is quite friendly. Private parking included in the price.

The mattress was a bit soft for my liking. Otherwise nothing to complain about. I was staying just 1 night for my English exam.

Location was great for the intention of my stay. Next to Bocatiova tram stop. Good vietnamese restaurant and cafe Aida nearby. Hotel is on a relatively busy street, however the windows are soundproof. I was impressed by the wooden floor in my room (a detail, that made a great impression on me).

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, top quality for the price. We would like to thank and to apologize to the receptionist who had her first day when we stormed in. She was kind and lovely and helped us with everything.
