Proximity to Nove Mesto rail station is only geographically apparent. Cleaning staff knocked the door until I opened, even if I placed the "don't disturb" label on the door, so forget if you want to sleep. The fridge is just furniture, it's not working. I asked two times to get it working, two times nothing happened, so forget to keep fresh food or drinks. Booking.com is giving a wrong information since the daily tax is EUR 3.00, not EUR 1.70.

For a mid-long stay the structure is ok. Reception is open 24/7 which was good to me. Pretty well connected to the city, if you take the time to familiarize with the public transportation system. The hotel is a good deal price vs quality. The GOOD point is the bed, with an hard mattress which I appreciated. Very useful proximity to a place where to have tasty food (Freshmarkt) and to a big supermarket (Kaufland).

We arrived at around 10pm and the restaurant was already closed. The mattresses were rather hard and the decor could do with some improvement. There is no kettle in the room

The hotel is extremely close to the airport, which was very convenient after a late flight. Breakfast was also good. Staff was helpful and we were even offered a complementary drink upon arrival

We wanted to have a dinner at the restaurant on a thursday evening at 7.30 PM , w/o any prev. reservations, but we were told, there is no place. Noone told us before, that we shall reserve a table in advance, so it was disappointing. Room : A little bit noisier then expected ( room is next to the parking place, heavy traffic sometimes)

I liked the bed matrace, i slept always good there. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was near to the clinic we visited daily, so it was a good choice to stay at Bnc for us.

The room is clean, large and comfortable, has A/C. Breakfast was great. Easy acess to the city centre by public transport, free parking. It also has a bowling station, restaurant and pleases you with welcoming drink.

Breakfasts were not the best. I was surprised that there was no coffee machine - it should be a standard in a hotel restaurant. Coffee was pretty bad and not the warmest. Food was quite cool and dry at 9:30 (like all was prepared for 7:00 and later nothing was added - there was even almost no bread on one day). There was almost no variety between the days. So this is definitely one thing that can be improved. The hotel area is not nice for sure, but it didn't bother us.

The room was clean and comfy, and the biggest advantage was air conditioning and electric blinds. Room had all we needed, towels were changed every day, bed was very comfy, there was also small fridge inside of the room. Small and very nice surprise was that finally we had additional small pillows (not that common in hotels, unfortunately 😅). 24h/7 reception was one of the reasons we booked a room here (not all cheaper hotels offered that). Staff is very friendly, there is a nice bar there with great lemonade :D Even if the hotel is a bit fat from the city center, we could get into the city center quite fast - the bus stop is around 500 m from the hotel.

The breakfast fell short of expectations. Despite our arrival at 9:30, with only half an hour remaining until its scheduled end at 10:00, the food items had not been replenished, and both coffee pots were empty.

The room was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. There were four of us, and the accommodations consisted of two separate rooms with their own doors, a cozy living room, and a well-maintained bathroom. Since we arrived late at night, the surrounding area appeared somewhat deserted. However, the standout feature was the presence of a 24-hour reception, which provided added convenience and peace of mind.
