Extra charge of outdoor hotel parking, it should be included in the room price, almost everybody is visiting this hotel by car, so logically it should be comprised within the room charge. It is 6€/night so is rather symbolic, but this hotel is the only one with such a strange price policy, to top of that even if you are not informed before the check-in🙈

After check out, you have to leave the hotel. In my experience, other hotels of similar level and price let you use the facilities even after you check out, store your bags and accommodate your needs according to your travel arrangements.

The "half board" buffet dinner was not very good value for money. At 29 EUR per person, I think there are other better value options in the area (unless you are interested in bulk all you can eat buffet)

The evening buffet was disappointing, especially for the price we paid. We and other guests we spoke to were expecting a-la carte, but were disappointed to learn that for the summer months they only do buffet in the evening. The coffee machine is quite slow, leading to long lines and wait times in the morning. There were very few staff members that spoke English or German, thus it was difficult to communicate. The prices are very high for drinks and midday food. Pool towels cost extra. On the website it seems like they have bikes and e-bikes to lend out to guests, but when we asked we found out you have to order them at least one day before, and they also cost extra and quite a lot.

The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has lots of activities and a very large garden. The wellness area is great, very well-made. There are lots of toys and activities for kids and babies. The entire hotel, including pool and pool-area, were clean and well-kept. Staff were mostly very nice. The masseuse is very good. The hotel is very welcoming and accommodating to families.

No a la carte after 4pm, only overpriced buffet. Nowhere to have drink after 10pm; staff just simply turns off the light and tells you to leave.

The resort is perfect! We went there just for short stay but we were speechless. Stuff super friendly and helpful, wellness amazingly relaxing, atmosphere was unforgettable, room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable bed. I could go on with everything else. Can’t wait to go back there!

Restaurant has quite a big space for improvement. Menu was overpriced regarding the quality, preparation, way of service and portions. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and it did not highly damage overall experience. Hotel is absolutely worth the visit and I look forward to coming again :)

Check out at 10 AM seems to be quite early for this kind of hotel especially when guests are not allowed to use hotel facilities anymore once checked out unless for additional surcharge. Also offered late check out - for additional surcharge of course - but without possibility to really use the room any longer is a fail. Additional note that we can’t have another room once ours was already booked for another client because we have a dog who would make the room dirty was the ceiling…

Room was nice and spacious enough and food was really good. Also the staff in the restaurant was really nice and helpful.
