Airconditioning was turning on and off during the night and was loud in this process every hour or so.

Great bed, nice clean room and nice facilities including a tv to which we were able to stream our shows to.

Overall a great hotel. I just wasn't aware during booking that the bathroom is open plan with glass panels to the bedroom. As I was travelling with my teenage son, showering meant the other person having to leave the room. It would be good to have optional blinds, especially for twin rooms. But that was the only negative and is personal preference and something I might have somehow missed.

Not that it bothered us a we like a walk but we were under the impression that it was a five minute walk to the old town, it is technically in the old town district but it’s a good 15-20 minute walk to the actual centre were the bars/tourist attractions are. In saying that there are trams and buses running around very regularly and taxis seem very reasonable if walking is an issue. I was a little put out by the cleaning set up in the room. You get provided with a card in the room that you have to complete if you want your room cleaning, it gives options like, change towels, empty bins, replace coffee etc. if you don’t put it on your door they don’t service your room, there’s no option to request your bed be made, coffee cups cleaned etc so after the first nights stay we came back to dirty cups and an unmade bed. The second day we request it be cleaned and duvet had just been thrown on. I’m not bothered the room being cleaned but I do expect a four star hotel to make the bed and change the cups daily. Not a massive issue but it does annoy me when hotels do this and state it’s because of the environment! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel and I would return.

Good facilities, bar, restaurant was a nice option after a long day exploring, lots of room to sit and chill out with a drink or too. Bed was actually super comfortable. Staff friendly and polite. Bus from the airport stops a few minutes walk away. Area felt safe as did Bratislava as a whole.

Breakfast absolutely satisfying with broad offer of hot and cold meals, sweet and salty, fresh veggies and fruits. Stuff at breakfast and in entire hotel very friendly, helpful and professional. Also hotel restaurant offers very good cousine with friendly stuff.

Free mini bar. The suit was huge. Toiletries good quality, even provided toothbrush and toothpaste. Excellent breakfast. Side room located adjacent to lobby with free snacks and refreshments an added bonus.

Everything was perfect. 1000% would recommend. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The breakfast offered plenty of choices and was really good. The room was huge and it was quiet, we had such a good night of sleep. We also had a bathtub! It was great!

Its almost impossible to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom - no matter if you're using the rainshower or the normal shower head. There is no shower door and the glass separating the shower from the bathroom is just not long enough.

Friendly staff, tram station 2 min walk away, really good restaurant / bar. Breakfast also enjoyable.

Carpets everywhere require replacement, they have a lot of stains. The rooms were not cleaned during the two days we stayed (bed was not done, towels not replaced), the hotel doesn't give any water in the room, and they charge 2€ for a small bottle in the vending machine. There's parking but without the possibility to make reservations. It's basically a 3* hotel, not 4

This fancy bathroom is good looking but not pratical at all. You dont have door and ure spinkling the water out. Then the humidity is high...

Too many loud schoolkids too far from center and treinstation trains to Austria. Taking a shower in a fishing bowl was not so pleasant

It is a great place to stay, close to the main train station and the historic center. The people working there is super nice and the breakfast was better than we expected. I will return without any doubt.

tv was from the early 2000, some area could have been way cleaner...like the floor on the different level of rhe building （room, restaurant and reception were good though）
