We booked it last minute and there is no face-to-face staff, just over the phone and the check in is cumbersome. The place is very basic, which wouldn't be a problem, but some parts could already use a fix. It is very noisy and hot.

The amenities at the bathroom were not sufficient for two people. And even though the apartment was ready earlier than 15.00,they’ve asked us for an extra charge of 35€ to have it!

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and creaky.

The location was handy to everything, Christmas markets and old town attractions. Diagonally across the road is the Presidential Palace. The apartment was modern and compact which is standard for a city apartment. We arrived and left via the Bratislava Hlavna train station which is a bit of a hike up hill when leaving.....this is not a deal breaker, just a heads up if you are also leaving by train.

The window cover didn’t cover the whole window and the light bothered us. I think it is very important especially when the apartment is located on a central street. Also, the check in instructions weren’t clear enough.

Instead of the huge (much too big for the small living room) TV set, a microwave could be more useful. There was one thing I really did not like, that even though the accommodation was paid ahead, on the morning an additional 100 Euros were charged on my card without any warning and without my consent. True, when they charged, I got an email saying that it was only a holding, not a charge. But I feel that without my consent, this is absolutely unacceptable, as the funds might not have been available, or might have been needed to pay for other expenses during the trip, and this holding could have caused an inconvenience.

Mostly everything was fine, the apartment was well equipped with Ikea style furniture with ample space for storage in large cpuboars.. The kitchen had all the basic utensils and oven, stove, fridge. The bathroom was also fine with hairdryer and washing machine. The location is very good, two blocks from the old town. Although the windows face a really busy street, the noise isolation is adequate, the noise was not disturbing at all.

It is a bit awkward not to meet anyone since all is contactless. But I guess it just takes some getting used to. The only remark is that the elevators are rather small. We had some difficulties getting a wheelchair in.

The apartment is just around the corner of the Old Town. It is modern and well equipped. There is an on site parking available at 25 euro per day. The whole process is contactless which we didn't realize during booking. You will receive many emails which can be confusing. But all went smooth. The room key is found within a small lock box which can be opened with the number received by email. The room is very clean. Wifi is great.

Air conditioning was a free standing window unit in the bedroom only and too noisy to sleep at night while running.

Location was ideal, the apartment has everything you need to be self sufficient including washing machine/dryer and iron.

There was a fair bit of noise from the street below, but it was a Friday night so it is understandable. Running the aircon helped to drown out the noise.

The check-in and check-out experience was easy and very detailed, no surprises or issues, and the host was always quick to respond. Comfortable furnishings and spacious bathroom. The coffee provided was a nice touch. Perfectly situated just outside the Old Town gate within view of the Presidential Palace - it was easy to get anywhere from here.

apartment on the 6th needs some refurbishment- there are a lot of small things need to be done- fix the socket on the kitchen, fix the water mixer in the bathroom etc

The air conditioner was disconnected when we arrived. Because of that there was a hole in the window, the hole for the tube. We had bug issues over night and couldn't sleep because of that . Luckily, the maintenance team came the next day and fixed it.

The location was great. Close to all the main attractions. Close to restaurants and the main square. It offered paid parking behind the building.

The bed and couch were quite comfortable, but the nook chairs, small desk, and seat were not adequate for laptop use and watching TV while dining. There was not enough cutlery provided. Thank You for taking the time to read this.

The elevator access is nice, the apartment door security lock is useful, the kitchen size was sufficient, the bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was big enough for two people. We would probably stay here again.

Quite warm at night with Aircon only in the living room and noisy with the windows open in the bedroom. Very light in the mornings with thin curtains.

Extremly noisy, thin curtains.Be sure to have sleep mask because of city lights shining right into the windows and earpods. Deposit 100 euros and 20e fee e.g for not throwing away garbage. You will receive instructions for check out BUT there is no single info about where to throw garbage away.So little advice-use second key to open doors on the left from entrance and there are trash cans.
