I had problem with check-in, as I said, I was there with my boyfriend, we were coming back from the trip in Barcelona, ladies in front desk were judging us just by looks from the start. Also, I had problems with my credit card, but my stay was paid by credit card upfront, but they wanted ridiculous amount as deposit for minibar and damage deposit. But we were lucky and we didn't stayed on streets because some manager on phone made exceptions on us and they removed minibar so they don't need deposit, I thank her for that, she was kind as I talked to her. , so we could not steal that minibar or whatever. I think it's pretty poor for this less believing in customers. But I got it, I was in lot of hotels around the world and I know that deposit is normal thing, but the way it was said and the attitude was unprofessional from the front desk ladies. Also, went down for asking for wine opener in restaurant, they laughed at me and said no. So it was also unprofessional and embarrassing for me specially. But in a no time I have trip there so I'm going to give it another chance. Probably. Probably not. Overall, hotel is good, but front desk staff probably need some training, because they are the first impression and it left bittersweet feeling for a few days.....

It was overall,good stay. I was there with my boyfriend. Lady at wellness was exceptional, good, kind and caring person. Room was clean, spacious and it has good views. Also wellness was very good.

The cleaning staff yells instead of talking, they scared me 2 times, woke me up once. Only one elevator works, in the morning you have to wait 5-10 minutes for everyone to get on. The view from the window is terrible, wherever you look. It's cold at breakfast, the guys save on heating, same story in the room. The restaurant that works in the building is useless, there is no food on the menu in fact, only one waiter and that is not in a hurry. The price is unrealistically high for what they're offering.

Everything looks oldish. Rooms, furniture, smell ... Looks more likely like a 3star hotel. Prices are too high for what it has to offer. Parking too expensive, breakfast too expensive Nearby restaurant is half price in food.
