We loved the location and the secured parking. Very walkable to old town. Bed was comfy and the room spacious. Room was beautifully updated while in keeping with the period of the building. There is no lift if stairs are an issue. Staff was very friendly.

The room could have been a bit more comfortable...we were put on the top floor and the room we were given had a slanted ceiling, which made about half of the room unusable space. While it was quite small, it was good value for the money.

It was in a great location! Very close to everything (we were even within walking distance to the bus stop). But really, within a 5-10 minute walk from all the major sights and close to great restaurants.

Two things 1. The sink in the bathroom is tiny. It's impossible to brush your teeth without getting your feet wet. 2. Annoying renovation all Friday afternoon in the hall. They were cutting metal with electric saws for several hours while we were having rest. Guys, you should not let rooms if you plan something this disturbing.

Staff cleaning the room next to us at 8:00 am with the door open, talking really loudly, when you try to sleep, not really fun.

The room could have been a bit more clean

The hotel is in a great location, just 10-15 minutes from the Castle hill (depending on how well you climb hills :) ). In the morning we went to Devin and the 29th bus station is also very close. We came to the city by bus and it took us about 30 minutes of walk till we came to the reception and we liked that there was a possibility of late check in and out. The reception belongs to another hotel, and we lived in the house next to it, It was with the 19th century atmosphere - 'real' windows, high ceilings, very aesthetic. It was warm at night. Breakfast was also nice.

The breakfast options were ok the staff though… oh my god. Especially the one with the long ponytail, was one of the rudest people I have seen. We went there at 9:50 for her to tell us ironically that we have to leave in 10 min. The next day she was starring at us at 10:01 with one colleague and talked in their language. Was the only thing that we don’t like.

The room was super clean and comfortable. Super cozy and really hot. Two men who supported us in the reception were really kind and supportive regarding our requests. We even leave our luggages due to early check in.

The app used for casting to the tv didn't function correctly for us, but this wasn't a much of a problem, since the YouTube app on the tv worked perfectly fine as a good alternative.

It was a good location for our long stay in Bratislava. About 10 minutes walking distance from the city center, and two bus stops from the central train station. The room was well warmed, we had the amenities we needed. The reception was also there to answer our questions.

The insulation in the walls. You could really hear everything going on in the other rooms as if you were there. Besides that, big thumbs up.

We used B&B Downtown for an overnight stay from 31.12. until 01.01. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that there was a lot of movement during the night, which could be heard from the corridor.

The location is great. You can visit all points of the old town on foot. They have the option of using a secured car parking space. For breakfast, it is necessary to go to the nearby Petit guesthouse. The breakfast is very tasty and the choice of food is very large.
