Nice hotel with very good location. It is located right in the city center. Hotel is cozy and is perfect for 1-2 night stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bloomin' uncomfortable mattress, and I mean REALLY uncomfortable. With staff not on site all the time, I did have a constant worry my key fob wasn't going to work (but it always did).

Location was fab, room was tired, but the price was decent enough and it did the job. Found the mattress very challenging indeed. Would I go back there, yes because it was cheap and convenient. Was it my best hotel experience, not really.

1) We went to breakfast area an hour before closing, there wasn't hot food, we called the property as no one was around to inform them that the breakfast should be refill, they sent a lady to check, she just cooked two fried eggs - burned on the down side, and she left again - so we called again as we felt like they behave like we are dogs, came through something and left !! Previously were scrambled eggs (we know because some leftovers remained, and the other we don't even know what it was as fully finished and never replace it). 2) No elevator. 3) Not any a/c at the room. There was one small electric heater that wasn't enough to heat the room so the room was cold.

It would have been nice if there was a bar in the hotel!

Well located on the edge of the city centre, in the direction of the train station. The hotel is quite small and was very quiet during our stay in early March. Our room ("Marilyn Monroe") was very spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was not particularly extensive (compared to larger hotels) but there was a nice range of options and it was very good value (we paid for the breakfast on arrival).

The room was on the small side, but very functional. There is no lift, so if you have heavy bags you have to navigate the stairs.

The hotel is located walking distance to Old Town Bratislava, and very close to public transport (with direct lines to train and bus station). The hotel theme is interesting and well executed. The bathroom was very well done for a hotel at that price point.

As to the room: no soundproof whatsoever. We heard neighbors from left and right, and even one room through.

The Wi Fi was very slow. The room is a bit dark and the furniture/TV is a bit old. I also did not like the smell in the room, so we had to air the room. The central heating did not work, but we used the air conditioner to heat the room.

The location is very nice, 20 minutes on foot to the railway station and very close to the Old City as well. There is a possibility to have breakfast in the hotel and there is a kettle, cups to make tea/coffee in the room.

Reception was not manned on arrival, problem with TV control, internet non existent in room and no one in reception to sort out problems. Problems sorted out by following evening but internet fading by the following evening. City tax €3.50 per person per night.

Room was large with chairs and table, bathroom large but only a hand held shower. Immediately gave a good impression of spacious accomodation. Very good location with range of shops and restarants within 500m. Trams and buses nearby. Walkable to all main sights. L

The bed we were sleeping in broke in the middle of the night and it was too late to get help. We had the manage sleep in that uncomfortable position

Although it says that there is personnel for certain hours, rarely they are really there. There was an issue with my room and 3 out of the 6 six nights I was there it was almost impossible to stay in the room. They however moved me to a different and better room at no charge, but still not the type of thing you would expect from a hotel.

The location is very good. Very easy to reach to city center or the bus/train stations.

There were a few things: 1. Bed sheets - they were old and definitely need to be replaced with new ones. 2. Bed was some too hard. 3. Air conditioner was not powerful enough for hot weather. Moreover it was noisy. 4. WiFi was not working most of tge time. When it was working it was extremely slow. 5. Balcony was not dirty but after asked they cleaned it.

1. Location is really perfect for tourists. Just 5 min from the old city centre. 2. Size of the room was enough for two people. 3. Bathroom was clean and big enough. 4. Our room (maybe the only ine in the hotel) has a balcony - it was really nice to seat and drink tea there. 5. We had a kettle. 6. Staff was friendly, especially Ukrainian lady.

There are 3 bedrooms and only one has the air conditioner, which means that in another two rooms there is extremely hot and difficult to sleep. Those 2 rooms have no windows as well.

We stayed on the second floor in room 10 (Richard Gere) room. It was unbearably hot all night in the room - despite the air conditioning it did nothing. It did blow out cold air but did not circulate the room. I ended up having to ask reception to have their fan from the reception area as we suffered one night with the heat but the second night it could not be coped with. It was either a fan or change to a different room otherwise, we would have left the hotel it was that bad. The shower door was basically hanging off and the shower had a leak. Room apart from this was generally well kept. You get what you pay for. The internet/wifi was horrendous you cannot get any sort of connection from the second floor. Even data was hard to get. We did consider asking to move room to help with this however, as we spent most of our time out and about we decided to leave it. The hotel should deal with this issue as I have read other reviews about the same issue. Reported it but don’t know if anything will be done about it.

The property is in a great location right next to town. It has a unique style in the lobby and adjoining areas of the hotel. The receptionist lady was friendly and helpful.
