Everything was good.

The property is conveniently located near the airport. Comfortable bed, attentive staff and nice cozy room. Would recommend to anyone who’s traveling from Kosice airport.

The ‘breakfast’ really should either be scrapped or as a pay in advance and do it properly, the selection was very sad. Fridges in the room meant we bought cereal and milk to have to avoid this problem ourselves. Condition of the sofa in the superior suite and walls could be improved but didn’t take away from how happy we were here

Really convenient car park Amazing bar and bar staff with great recommendations during our stay! Loved the balcony in the superior suite, good shower size and fridge in the room was very handy. OH and the food in the restaurant was delicious

I travelled for a bussiness trip. It was nice stay. Everything was clean and prepared. Room was spacious enough. I will come back again for sure.

Bottom stretch sheet was a little odd but was changed when we asked it to be looked at. Continental breakfast of cheese and ham was a little boring every day with no choice. I would have liked a bit more variety.

A very big room with a lounge as well as a bedroom. A large comfy bed and an excellent fast responsive shower. Hair dryer and shampoo provided. English spoken by receptionist and some of the other staff.

The cleanness of room. The bed should be 1 double bed but was 2 small bed combined together. The room was very small.

We used to choose Bonaparte every time we went to Košice, unfortunately we will not be coming back. We always get the room to the street, even though we asked for a quiet one in the beginning. Breakfast is sad and getting sadder with years. Used to be nice little buffet and you could get scrambled eggs extra. Now it’s just sad. Last straw was that we had to pay extra for coffee in the morning..

We reserved 2 Superior suits, instead we get 1 double room and only 1 superior suite. We asked for the reserved room, but the staff could not give, telling that they haven't prepared that, because their system showed what they give. Then we asked for 1 more double room as compensation, we received, but then we were asked to pay it. The staff was very polite but not flexible. We made a claim on booking, to get the money back for the paid room, but until today not received a resolution, furthermore they invoiced on catalog price, not booking price, which was higher. So as a recommendation, if there you have any issue, solve it on the spot right away, involve Booking, otherwise, you get slow chances to get any compensation later.

The location is right next to the road, then it is easy to find. Rooms are okay as space and are clean. Bad is comfortable, there is also playground outside for children, however haven't checked used, had no time for that. Normally, I would recommend, but you will need to double check the reservation. My rating would be maybe even a 9, but due to the below described situation I can only rate as 6 overall.

Good location nearby Kosice, free parking with lots of space, quite and clean room, simple but sufficient breakfast (I had juice, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, espresso), overall great price/value ratio

The room was a disappointment. It definitely needs an update. The carpet was full of stains, the walls were quite dirty, there was only one still water and one already opened coca cola in the mini bar. Overall, we didn't feel very comfortable in the room.

Exceptional staff willing to do anything to make our stay as nice as possible. Very good breakfast and food in general. My daughter appreciated the kids corner which was full of toys, also the two slides and some other wall games. We spent the whole morning playing there. Enough parking spaces next to the hotel.

Hotel next to very noisy street, my apartment had a window directly exposed for noise. No possible to change room. as explained by receptionist - hotel was full although next morning I have seen only 2 persons. Poor food and breakfast.

1. Location wrong - I chosen this location, because it advertised 2.3 km from the airport, after non-refundable booking and arriving in Košice we saw that the hotel located 9.2 km, which was very uncomfortable, because in this case we would prefer to stay in downtown and take a taxi from there. But was late to cancel. 2. Very rude staff, I have booked Deluxe Double or twin room with a balcony - 1 room for 2 adults, but when we arrived in a hotel, they said I have to pay for second person extra 30€, because in their system they see only one adult, it looked like a joke. I never add my husband or son or friend when booking hotels on booking and never had any problems with that. We arrived late evening it was already dark outside, hotel located faraway from the city and staff blamed me instead of solving the issue which nothing to do with me. Finally they let us to stay, we didn’t have any breakfast, it was included, but I didn’t have any mood to eat in this place. I was really shocked, never ever I met such wrong client service attitude. I thought the Soviet Union service not exist anymore, but those guys badly surprised me.
