The bed and pillows were not that comfortable. The parking fee is very expensive. The parking either to be free for tenants or with moderate fees.

The property is really nice and close to most of the attractions. Staff are very nice and helpful.

All honestly and not the most admirable impression of the hotel was spoiled by its absolutely unprofessional staff, who despite the advance payment twice charged for the hotel and returned the money only after I myself discovered their mistake, one sorry in this hotel costs almost 500 euros

I have no idea how this hotel got such high rating, that is misleading. the property is old. you can tell that maybe some long time ago this was nice place but now this is kinda “luxury” from 90s, design is outdated and it feels dark unwelcoming dusty. the room: TV is new but no smart TV, no chrome cast so this days it is useless screen if you are not up to watching Slovak tv. minibar: I had chocolate which was already open and eaten half but laying there pretending to be untouched facilities: there was no hot water once in the morning. then for using spa you need to pay extra 35usd, which I did not expect since I thought that when you pay almost 250 eur per night it should be included and it was the reason I booked this hotel in the first places. when I used spa and took shower afterwards, the shampoo and shower gel you can tell are the cheapest possible, smelled horrible, I cannot smell my hair after that. breakfast: the selection is ok, basic, not super tasty but only till 10am, and the staff would start telling you 9:45 that they are closing which might be good intention but again you should say “please order or grab food now since we are closing soon” and they did it like “we are closing in 15” so it felt like they are trying to make you leave asap check in: they take deposit 300 eur in advance which is not usual for even lower star hotels, not saying 5, especially since you have credit card on file anyway weird moment: Friday 9 am I am asleep after the party and I hear ring belling and knock to my room which wakes me up. I am shouting to leave but they keep knocking. so I wake up, dress, open only to see the guy who came to check what I have used from minibar. seriously? you are waking the guest in the 5 star hotel 9 in the morning when you took deposit 300 in advance to check minibar? what a shame.

Hotel was very nice when it was Kempinski, but now its old, dirty place with high price, in the room were dirty windows, armchairs were with dark brown big spots, in the bathroom no toothbrushes and etc, because u need to ask it to bring, first time in my life i must to ask it in 5* hotel

Our room was connected (with locked doors) to another which contained some very talkative guests. In such a large, expensive (and relatively empty) hotel not what we expected. Spa, pool charges too high.

We are disappointed with tall bold strong guy on Reception with very bad atitude and agresive behavior. He should be removed from the front desk and avoid to talk with people. Another very bad about the hotel is that you have to pay everything additional. If you want to go the Spa pay 30 euro per person, breakfast again 30 euro, parking 30 euro.. Small fresh juice is 9 euro. Restoran is way to expensive and service is slow. They don't clean after each guest in cigar lounge so very often you can find mess on the empty tables because no one cleaned them. Owner invest a lot of money in hotel but this prices and service will refuse people. We are not coming back. If you are already quest in the hotel you have small cute lounge with amazing fresh juice and toast next to the hotel with normal standard price. Lady at the Spa area is really nice and the guys on entrance who is helping with bags and car are very good. They are lower position but working much more and better

The property is supposed to be a 5 star, staff is confused not well organised and not projected to the customer’s need. I spend 400 euros for two night that for the area is a lot of good money.

The best part was the SPA which is very comfortable. Nothing is around the hotel so choose another one if you can’t drive.

The breakfast is very poor compairing to other 5* hotels.

We had a lovely staying in this hotel. Amazing location, next to the Duna River. The lady who has managed our check-in was very helpful, talkative and kind. The room is lovely and very comfortable.
