Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe hotel interior is outdated. and the room did not have a nice smell. The room was located in a 5 minute walk within the building. First we had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, then walk down many stairs to the 1st floor. All this with 3 suitcases. We booked a room for 3 people and got a very small room with 1 extra bed which was extremely uncomfortable. I also do not call good value for money to pay 340 EUR for 3 nights for the above.
The breakfast is excellent and the hotel has a nice location next to the Danube and a nice park. Quiet and peaceful stay. The staff was exceptionally kind and polite.

We loved the park next to the hotel, you can walk through and see the river site. The hotel is quite and rooms clean. Very close by the xBionic sphere. To reach the town I recommend to take a bike.

United KingdomThere really isn't a lot good to say about this place. We got the vibe that it only opened when there was an event on at the Bionic. - overpriced - we also got charged more than booking.com quoted when we checked in - breakfast was awful - no toaster, bread was stale, coffee smelt and tasted odd - wifi only worked properly in communal areas. In the room, it only worked if we stood by the door - no aircon - we arrived in 40C heat and there was no aircon. We had one fan in the room that blew hot air around. - fridge in room worked for a couple of days of our stay and then died - Phoned up reception one evening around 6pm to ask for a plug for our bath and got told we would have to wait until the next day for housekeeping to bring one. It never came. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra to stay at the event hotel.

SerbiaThe room had no light, only one lamp. The shower was bad, all the water came out on the floor. Towels had holes in them. Coffee machine gave water instead of coffee. No air condition. One place in the 10m2 room for electricity. You either charge your phone, or you have fan, or you have lamp. The fridge didn’t work. On booking it said they are pet friendly, but when we came they told us it is 20e per night for small dog. This is 4* hotel? 2* is more like.

United KingdomThe room was extremely hot due to no air conditioning unfortunately. Made sleeping very difficult. Some of waiting staff in the restaurant were a little bit dismissive. Overall a great hotel and would recommend though just be aware when it is very hot.
Extremely helpful reception staff! Location was stunning too, loved the beach on the lake. Food was good and reasonably priced. Rooms were clean and good condition for an older building.

SlovakiaI will make this as short as I can. First of all, the reception ladies were not helpful whatsoever (that is if they even were there). the room was so hot, no AC, when we asked for fan, they refused to give us one. We also had to wait 10 minutes until the cold water came from the shower, because for first 10 minutes it was only boóing hot water. When I called reception via room phone or via cell phone, of course noone answered (as noone is usually at the reception anyway). you could get a better breakfast at the kindergarden dining hall… or if you went to any store and spend 3 euros you would make yourself a favor. i am not even half way there but I guess you get my point so I finish it here… I have been traveling all around the world and have never written a review. but this hotel made me do it…. please make yourself a favor and book any other hotel in this area (there is plenty to choose from).

Romaniathe worst accommodation, small room, very hot, bathroom that barely fits in it, the bed creaks, bad mattress. It is not possible for a 4 star hotel with 150 € / night to have such conditions. The extra bed is a terrible armchair, very small and uncomfortable, which squeaks with every movement. Worst experience ever.
