Room was awesome. Unique industrial theme in the room, which was very comfortable. Great breakfast spread. All staff were excellent. Very attentive and caring. Adjoining bar/restaurant (Fabrika) was superb.

The room was so big and comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. The beds and pillows were the best. The facilities were top-notch and exceeded our expectations and we heard nothing from the other rooms either. Couldn't believe how quiet it was, even though it was fully booked. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was varied, quality fantastic, and lots of choice. The mini bar was a bonus and a nice touch. The location of the hotel was very good and convenient to get to other parts of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

The breakfast was good, however, no decaf coffee in available and when asked it took ages to get one. Would be great to be able to have it from the machine. At the dinner, we had a surprise, we found a grilled fly in the canelloni dish, and although we got a meal offered with a dessert, it is not acceptable to have such a mistake in the catering industry.

The hotel itself is very nice. The location is good (but not the best), it is just a few minutes walk to the old town and in between the train station and the city center. The room was perfect, bed was comfortable, area is quite. Reception staff was friendly.

My husband and I had a 4 night here. It's a fabulous hotel in a great location, next to The Presidential Palace and only a 10 minute walk to the centre. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was lovely, very spacious, with a super king-size bed. The free min-bar for water was very useful too. The breakfast was good and plentiful (although the hot buffet wasn't quite to temperature). We loved the Fabrika Beer pub and ate there every night. They had an enormous selection of wines and beer and great food. We loved Bratislava, and we would definitely recommend Loft Hotel

The staff are super helpful and the room was spotless. A short wal to the train station and also to the old town. A bonus was the free mini bar which was restocked daily.

Nothing . I get what I paid for .

The value of package . Can't beat the value of the deal. It worth every cents of money. The position is in between bus and train station. Breakfast and free beverage are cherry on the top.

We paid for our breakfast separate to the original booking and whilst there was plenty to choose from cereal ,fruit etc the cooked side , eggs sausage's bacon were slightly on the cold side, not to sure if the hotplates / heat lamps ok? So with this in mind we felt the cost was a little steep

Warm welcome by the staff on reception and the room was really clean, a credit to staff the hotel employ and Svitlana who we believe looked after our. Little or no noise on the floors even thought the hotel appeared relatively full Finally the staff working the bar and tables in and around were busy but smiling and happy to assist

Firstly the decoration which we really adored from the first day. In addition the hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was delicious with several choices for all tastes! The pub of the hotel was also a very pleasant addition as it serves good food and delicious home made beer! Finally, the location of the hotel is very convenient as it is very near to the historical center but also to the main station from which you can easily reach the airport.

We found some ants in the bathroom.

Good location. The family room has two big very comfortable beds. The room was big and very nicely furnished. The hotel design is great and everything is made of quality materials. The restaurant has homemade beer. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of foods. They have underground parking, but it can get crowded as it is open to the public.

I gave the hotel 10, but hotplate at breakfast need to be hotter.

Excellent staff, room and location. Complimentary bottle of wine for wedding anniversary and late fheck out arranged no bother. Quite a hipster location and restaurant was also great.

Just watch your shins on the bed. Everything else was perfect.

Great sized room. Free water, coke and two beers in the mini bar. Quiet location. The food in the pub was excellent. The wine bar on each floor was a great touch. Service was spot on. It was about a 10/15 min walk to the old town. 25 mins to eurovea (worth going there)

We've greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is modern, very clean, comfortable beds, good quality bathroom amenities and cosmetics. Our room was quite. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of dishes served at the same brewery restaurant bustling in the evening. Great central location!

The buffet breakfast at 18€/pp was quite expensive. A less expensive continental option was only available from 9:00.

Very comfortable room: nice decoration, good bedding, modern bathroom, good desk for working, free drinks in minibar and snacks on the landing…Charming and quiet (our room was on the back and looked out over trees). Front desk service was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.

Stayed thete 3 nights....Breakfast was average. The scrambled eggs resembled a soup...never in my life had seen scrambled eggs watery like that..
