Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SlovakiaThe bathroom was older and looked dirty even tho it was not. The toilet was shaking a bit and one time the water flow in it broke. The hair dryer was old and insufficient for my hair. I did not like the wellness. Small room, small pool, two working saunas out of three and the hot tube did not work properly. They have this weird schedule and turn it on for the guests only for 15 minutes. Also I wanted lymphatic drainage and the man on the phone whom I called for booking before the trip told me that the practitioner is not available at the moment. I believe they should have someone to substitute her. Also the wellness centre and the reception of the hotel and hotel itself work kind of separately even tho it is the same building. We must have paid at the wellness centre in advance. I don't know, I found the whole wellness experience weird and disorganized.
The room was OK, I liked the bed sheets. The younger staff was nice and attentive. The older staff did not make such an effort.

SlovakiaWe had the most dirty bathtub I have ever seen. The bathroom looked like it wasnt cleant for several weeks. Bathtub had puke splashes on it, dust, grey brown dirty spots all over it. We did not take shower there, we were disgusted. The mirror was absolutely dirty, so was the sink. The room didnt smell good and the furniture looked super cheap. We were dissapointed in the overall atmosphere in the room and bathroom. Shocked this hotel has 4 stars. For what, We did not see..
The view on the river, nice receptionists. Main hall looks good, luxurious, the rest is dissapointing. Pet friedly hotel.

United KingdomMy sheets where not changed in the four nights I stayed there and towels changed once. I left tag to say please change my sheets but nothing. One of the four nights my room was not cleaned or beds done.
Breakfast room was Clean staff very helpful. Breakfast was not large selection . The views from my room where fantastic and having a balcony was great.

SlovakiaWell, the whole aesthetic was quite communistic even though large portions of the hotel were re-made. First room we got had a broken toilet, then we got one without a double-bed, only to finally receive a proper room on the third attempt. Most importantly, the parking spots were almost unavailable, and when we parked next to the "Cezar" casino parking spots an employee or a customer of Cezar lifed our windshield wiper as if we were parked in his spot. No idea why. The pool was too small to enjoy and my partner woudn't even go in because the water was quite cold. The masseur's attitude was like: "Why are you bothering me? Are you even staying at this hotel?". We had to book wellness procedures elsewhere because those offered by Magnolia were certainly not worth the price.
I liked the location and breakfast service, but that's about it.

SlovakiaThere was no air condition. This is something what you expect from 4stars rated hotel. Also a bathroom was old fashioned, designed and not refurbished since 80s. There were some dirty spots on a toilet seat and in bath. Door handle from bathroom was broken. Based on this I woudnt rate this hotel with 4 stars at all.
Perfect location at the Centre of this town. An Excellect breakfast. Helpful staff. We liked the option to stay with our pet.

SlovakiaWe have been there during the summer. Our room lacked A/C and got unbearably hot during the day. However, the worst part was a live music club directly across the street, where the music was played till dawn and therefore we could not even open the windows (which were not very sound-proof either).
The main advantage is the location of the place, directly next to the city center.

One of the worst hotels I have ever been. It’s totally old furniture post Soviet Union style. Horrible toilet doors, AC not working, breakfast was served with huge flies on it. It’s absolutely disgusting. I moved out after 2 nights and during this time I have changed 3 rooms. It’s a nightmare, not a hotel
