The room is very small. The shower was leaking from all sides. The towels have probably been used so many times that they are already falling apart. I can back it up with pictures .

The price was raised on us by 50% because of one wrong day .reservation was done in the. Middle of the night and the day change . I called booking and the hotel they said the price is the same but they couldn't stay on the word.

The hotel was good, we liked the breakfast. However, the hotel charged us an additional 50 euros. They said that as soon as you leave the hotel, the money will be transferred to your account immediately. But they did not transfer. I'm still waiting. It was a shame.

They freeze 50 eur on a card, in case of using the minibar in the room. No toothbrushes provided on request. TV connection is not stable.

Friendly staff, location is ok, about 20 mins from the city center. Decent breakfast.

overall this is an old upgraded building, so in some places cosmetic repair is needed (corners in the bathroom, doors, wallpapers in the walls etc)

sunday: there was no free table for 30 Minuten at breakfast Time, then it took 30 More minutes to get a clean table, the kitchen was tun out of plant based Milk and Fruits. every dish and plate was a Little Bit Dirty, Not really clean. so for breakfast Service it wasn‘t that Good.

I expected better tea/coffee facilities in the room for a so called "4 star" hotel. A sachet of nesafe 3 in 1 just isnt up to the mark. Breakfast was a bit limited and we were made to feel like an inconvenience to the staff. Food selection wasn't great neither was the quality. The elevator stops between floors so whichever way you go there are always stairs involved. Not great if you have a diability or heavy luggage,

The dark hallways look bit old and dusty.

Location is ok, its not in the city centre. You would need to take taxi. The hotel would need bit of renovation. The carpets in the hall ways seems to be pretty old and dusty. Was expecting more cleanest in the hall ways for the 4star hotel. Room was nice, bed was very comfortable, also the pillows and duvet. Wellness, pool is nice but small and in the room it was very hot, considering outside was also very warm weather. I would probably not stay there next time. Staff was ok.

Overall i wouldnt recommend... and certainly not a real 4 star hotel. Pros: Nice gym, Nice rooms, Good location Cons: Stuff seemed to be untrained as they didnt know even the time schedule of the restaurant. We asked if there was any food available at the bar (which is also the reception) or if they offer any snack food but they didnt have anything available at the time 15:00PM and told us to come at the restaurant which opens from 18:00PM to 10:00PM (also written outdoors). We arrived at the restaurant at 21:00PM and then another receptionist said that the restaurant closes at 20:00PM. They were not able to suggest any good place to eat and that everything was closed while (found later) 10 minutes from the hotel you could visit the old town were all the restaurants were open. Breakfast was very poor for a start and nothing was prepared properly like a normal hotel. We had to ask in order to give us cups, water, glasses and fill-in the water in the coffee machine. Needless to say, there was almost nothing for breakfast and all the food were uncovered for the summer insects to have a beautifull feast. The swimming pool was quite nice apart from the fact that didnt contain any chlorine and had a weird smell which was obvious also from the fact that metals within the pool had algae. Pillows were very uncomfortable but then again this is not something new with many hotels. Finally, needless to say that if you forget something stays with the personel! We forgot a jewelry on the bedside table while leaving and couple of hours later we called the hotel in order to pick it up and they said it was closed! That was odd enough, but next day we called them again in order to pick it up and they said there was nothing there. It was not a matter of price but more of a sentimental value that the stuff ofcourse didnt seem to acknowledge. For those who think that we might had lost it somewhere else, i can assure them that it was not the case.

I must say staff - from four and half star hotel I would really expect more. Girl who was working at night shift was sweet and helpful, but young man who was there the rest of my stay behaved almost pissed that I came to their hotel, wasn't very helpful, never smiled...I was very shocked. I know that not every day is a good day, but if you work with people in almost 5 star hotel, you just need to have certain way of behaviour. The internet didn't work at all, which I think its absolutely inadmissible in 4 and half star hotel. The IC didn't work either, the switcher was broken. The worst of all was that the main door to the room is paper thin and you can hear people breath on the hall or even in the next room. When I stayed there some other guest had party on the hall and later on in their rooms until 4am and its was absolutely NOT OK for such an exclusive hotel! So even there was nice bed, mattress, bed sheets....the sleeping quality was almost zero! I would highly recommend to change the main doors to the room to a soundproof ones.

The room is very tiny, but its really stylish and very cosy. I really love the design of the room and bathroom too. It was very clean. And I looooved that you could pick from 3 different variations of pillows. Actually the whole hotel has pretty great design and "coming home" feeling. Haven seen hotels pool and sauna but its definitely big plus point. The location isn't perfect, but its quite ok, by walk 15-20min you can reach pretty much everything important.

144€ per night is not even close to be worth it. I spent 4 nights. Bathroom and floor was never get cleaned the who,e time. The only thing the cleaning lady was doing is makeing the bed. And sorry, I booked a superior room with a balcony. What a joke. Balcony size was 50x30 cm big.
