Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Lovely boutique hotel in quiet location yet walking distance from city centre. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. Room was very clean, modern and the bed very comfy - we even had a choice of pillow types. Breakfast was delicious!

AustriaIts not that close to the citycenter like other options in bratislava. On the other side, you have a pretty nice neighbourhood to have a walk at, far away from the noisy and touristic part of the city center.
The room was clean, very well equiped and also quite stylish. We didnt spend time in the wellness-area, but this part of the hotel seemed to be nice as well.

AustriaThe rooms are quite small, as soon as you enter there is the bed, they are also not very sound proof as we could hear a dog and the shower from the room next to us. The breakfast was ok, but not very luxurious.
The staff were really nice and friendly! The ladies from the reception seem to do everything, but still manage to smile and be really nice. The location is nice and you can easily get to the centre. It seemed clean. We didn’t visit the pool and spa area.

United KingdomIt’s a little walk to the old town but very handy for the station and public transport is excellent, so this is not a negative.
This was such a wonderfully unexpected treat. Fabulous breakfast, spotlessly clean, a pillow ‘menu’ which was brilliant, loads of spare bedding in case of chills ( which there were not) , robes, slippers, fine glassware. And a very well stocked minibar if that is your thing. The wellness suite was beautiful and the staff gently and quietly efficient and helpful.
