What’s not to like.

I love this hotel. My hotel of choice in Bratislava. I had been since before Covid and the lady in reception remembered me. Great breakfast and good choices for evening meals.

I asked if we could upgrade our room as there were terrace rooms on Booking that were showing a lower price than what I’d paid for our room. The desk man said I’d have to do that thru Booking, but I didn’t think I could do any modifications without risking cancelling our place. Bottom line, no upgrade. Perhaps if I had booked directly with Marrol’s?

It was a good location to walk to all the city sites, the building and room was very lovely and the bellman was extremely customer service oriented and very helpful with our bags, arranging a cab to train station he was wonderful!

The narrow parking! And The screaming noise of some clients in the Restaurant and the staff did nothing! Not comfortable to enjoy the delicious food.

Great location , tastfuly decorated, quiet, very clean and close to old town - short walking distance. Easy and fast check in, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good - large variety of choices. Overall - great stay, definitely recommend

Parking in hotel's garage was very expensive. Should be announced in advance. It looks like that relatively good price of the hotel is compensated by extra costs.

Everything! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were exceptional (especially Patrick the porter). They couldn't do enough for us. We had help with parking as the garage was too steep for our lowered car and were happy to give us help and information about our stay. The rooms were perfect! The vibe was so nice and it wasn't too busy. 10/10

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. I loved the room, the hotel decor, breakfast was delicious and dinner at Houdini restaurant amazing. The hotel was ideally situated and close to the old town.

We stayed as a couple for a one night stay in Bratislava. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful and really tasty. We enjoyed our room and the complimentary drinks in the minibar as well as the complimentary drink on arrival. The hotel was clean and spacious.

The restaurant does not change menu and does not have special meal of the day. So, if you are staying for more than couple of days you have to choose from the same menu.

Very good reasonably priced hotel in the centre of the city. Location is good, but not really historical part of the city. There is mostly residential area around, there is some 10-15 walking distance to real historical centre with cafes and shops. Clean, average size rooms, clean and good working bathrooms with very good toiletries. I did not try air conditioning, as the fresh air in the centre of Bratislava is good and the hotel is in quiet area. But, if your room is facing the front of the hotel beware garbage truck coming for collection at 5 am. There is a spa and there is nice and very spacious terrace at the back of the hotel, completely secluded and where you can smoke. The staff if very friendly and professional, thank you! The bar is cosy and nice, but choice of drinks needs to be wider for the lever of the hotel. Restaurant is quite good, but you are most recommended to book in advance at least in the morning because it is being used by locals coming for a lunch or for a diner for its quality and residents of the hotel do not have any privilege. On the evening of my arrival I was not able to have a dinner at the hotel as the restaurant was fully booked and there was no other option except room service, which looked quite nice, but I do not like to eat in my room. I had to explore the area myself by food and there is not a big choice of quality restaurants and cafes around. Mostly bars. Breakfast is very good though, plenty of options.

Very helpful, happy, friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you. From the doorman, to the receptionist to the breakfast staff, everyone was smiley and kind. Room large and spacious with Juliet balcony with opening doors. chairs, desk, mirrors, tv, fridge, nespresso machine and kettle. Loads of pegs and places to hang things in bathroom. Lovely sun-trap Summer Garden on 2nd floor with lots of nice healthy plants and flowers. The buffet breakfast was amazing - quality and massive of choice

The shower was over a bath and difficult to negotiate because there was nothing solid to grip on to at entry/exit.

We liked the hotel's quiet location and ambience, and it being about a 10 minute walk to the old town. Staff were helpful and friendly. The bountiful buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices provided. We found the bed and pillows to be comfortable. We were pleased that we chose to dine one night at the on-site restaurant 'Houdinis' because our meals were exceptional.

The pillows were too soft for my liking. But they are similar to most hotels. The dinner restaurant was a bit too expensive. The garage was 29€ per day which also feels quite expensive.

Classic aesthetic but modern feel. The whole hotel felt clean, new and comfortable. It was a short stay but everything was very good. I have been to Bratislava several times, always using 4/5 stars hotels, and this one felt like the best one so far.
