Excellent break fast. Had to leave early but they made sure that I get my breakfast before I left which was earlier than their breakfast time.

Everything was perfect, just one detail: the TV in the bar which is not in keeping with the style of the hotel. People tend to sit with their backs to it to avoid it. The smooth music around the hotel can be a little loud in the restaurant

Very comfortable hotel, lovely rooms and beds, friendly service, very good breakfast and a relaxed, welcoming feel to the hotel overall. Right at the top of the list of our favourite hotels.

Lovely room, lived up to expectations. We asked for a taxi which was waiting for us despite a delayed flight. Unfortunately, we just missed the restaurant, but got a great recommendation for somewhere just around the corner.

i can't think of anything other than the tub is high to get into, and out of, which is not uncommon in europe.

Nothing actually.

It is in the city center within a walking distance to almost all scenic spots of the old town. It is a very nice hotel. The room is clean with soft sheets and pillows. The amenities are superb! Free drinks and even free beer in the room. The breakfast buffet is so good too! The staff are courteous and very efficient. Special thanks to Patrick Montemayor and Andres for helping us settle in after we checked in. This is an extraordinary hotel worthy of recommendation.

Nothing to complain about here!

This is a beautiful hotel with a luxurious feel as soon as you walk in. The young man who greeted us at reception made us feel welcome not just to the hotel but Bratislava as well! The rooms were large enough, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was charming and stocked with l'Occotaine shower gel and shampoos and thick towels. We had a fabulous meal in Houdi's in the evening, and the following morning's breakfast had everything we wanted (if anything was missing, the staff were happy to provide it). I would 100% recommend it.

What’s not to like.

I love this hotel. My hotel of choice in Bratislava. I had been since before Covid and the lady in reception remembered me. Great breakfast and good choices for evening meals.

I asked if we could upgrade our room as there were terrace rooms on Booking that were showing a lower price than what I’d paid for our room. The desk man said I’d have to do that thru Booking, but I didn’t think I could do any modifications without risking cancelling our place. Bottom line, no upgrade. Perhaps if I had booked directly with Marrol’s?

It was a good location to walk to all the city sites, the building and room was very lovely and the bellman was extremely customer service oriented and very helpful with our bags, arranging a cab to train station he was wonderful!

The narrow parking! And The screaming noise of some clients in the Restaurant and the staff did nothing! Not comfortable to enjoy the delicious food.

Great location , tastfuly decorated, quiet, very clean and close to old town - short walking distance. Easy and fast check in, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good - large variety of choices. Overall - great stay, definitely recommend

Parking in hotel's garage was very expensive. Should be announced in advance. It looks like that relatively good price of the hotel is compensated by extra costs.

Everything! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were exceptional (especially Patrick the porter). They couldn't do enough for us. We had help with parking as the garage was too steep for our lowered car and were happy to give us help and information about our stay. The rooms were perfect! The vibe was so nice and it wasn't too busy. 10/10

The hotel was absolutely wonderful. I loved the room, the hotel decor, breakfast was delicious and dinner at Houdini restaurant amazing. The hotel was ideally situated and close to the old town.

We stayed as a couple for a one night stay in Bratislava. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautiful and really tasty. We enjoyed our room and the complimentary drinks in the minibar as well as the complimentary drink on arrival. The hotel was clean and spacious.
