The restaurant wasn’t open when I arrived around 6pm. Therefore I wasn’t able to have dinner after a long journey.

Just one thing: some staff members should learn English, at least some basics, so that we could finish paperwork or arrangement quickly.

What we loved was the location and the lavishly furnished rooms. The staff/ladies were great, very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the balcony beautiful. Privacy guaranteed!

smell from Road NO Air Condition we had to open windows and DIESEL plus Petrol fly from window to our room it was HOT outside 30C+ and no air-condition .... so I slept in a hot room ....as opening windows was a bad idea ....

In some instances I felt the design had a priority over the comfort of the guest. When the room is quite small, maybe it isn't a bad idea ommitting placing another thing in the room, for design's sake only, and rather keep things a bit simpler and make it easier for guests to move around, without hitting this or that object unintentionally :). But for one night it wasn't a big issue.

Attention of staff members, interesting design of the place, tasty breakfast, great selection in mini-bar, quiet location, everything super clean.

Traffic noise from the central town street during the night, although you can block it out if you keep the windows fully closed. No off-street parking, but empty public parking spaces are only 50m away.

Rooms decorated to a remarkably high standard, in a pretty period building near the center of Namestovo. Well stocked mini-bar and facilities in the room mean it's not a problem that there is no overnight reception service. Everything in th room was clean and immaculately presented. The bed was very comfortable after a day of hiking. Breakfast was served freshly made to order with great coffee, fresh bread and donuts. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The bathtub did not have a plug so unable to take a bath. Double bed was positioned close to the roof, so not very comfy for 2 people. Otherwise nice room.

The room look like a design room, but is humid and hot, not air conditioning and bad ventilation, the bathroom is a WC with door, basin and shower in open room, I asked gently to be moved to a more comfortable room including Ofer to pay the difference and they say NO, also I was always gentle bad the owner say I wasn’t! Any way the took my 3 more nights money! And I left to a better place, be aware is NOT A BOUTIQUE HOTEL, IS A FAKE ADVERTISING DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! Very sad Booking.com Do not control the hotels

asking me when I will arrive, seeing that the staff is in hurry to get home, no possibility to have something small to eat in the evening after the arrival that was not late, it took also longer until I received the bill

BE CAREFUL ! This is definitely not a 4 star hotel ! Slovaks must have different hotel scale where there are 10 stars maximum and then this 4 star hotel fits this scale as a 4 star hotel. Room is very close to the road where cars are so loud that you can not sleep all night. Next building to the „hotel” is a place where there is pigeons farm and there is such a odour/stink that you can't stand when the windows are open but there is no air conditioning so in summer you can suffocate or sit in this odour Apart from these bloody pigeons the are also chickens next to the hotel so another odour plus a rooster crowing from 3:30 in the morning every 10 minutes until around 8-9 am Whole bloody night sleepless That’s a 4 star hotel in Slovakia…
