No all saunas were functioning. The steam sauna was not properly heated, the jacuzzi was not warm. The price is quite high. The juices at breakfast were warm.

Location in the center with a beautiful view at High Tatra and sunset. The employees are professional and friendly. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Wifi in the rooms is very poor, cannot be used.The parking place was full of ice, not cleaned for drivers. The rate is not cheap.

Clean and large enough rooms, comfortable beds, good temperature in winter. The hotel is close to the city and the ice hall. The cuisine is excellent, you can choose 3 dishes daily menu for 18 Eur, not cheap but fine. The abundant breakfast is made of quality ingredients and with a large selection.

We stayed at this hotel because it has a spa. The complex is nice, but not all saunas were open. Also, we were not able to put our own belongings in the lockers, as they were only for visitors from outside the hotel.

Doors are very loud honestly speaking (both from the rooms and especially at the halls). If you do not help the hall door to close, it hits the frame like a dynamite which is not convenient especially at nigh hours. But rooms themselves are quite well sound-proofed. The worse thing which happend to me several times already is that due to the fact this hotel is the only reasonable one 4 stars hotel in the area, many people selecting it for Weddings celebrations. So be careful if you are staying from Friday to Saturday as it is likely there will be wedding celebration which means lot of music and noise till the late night, so when you have rooms oriented to the restaurant, it is bit annoying. and of course, in the next morning it might be bit crowdy at the breakfast. Otherwise hotel is good location to stay.

Very big rooms generally, beds are very comfortable, clean bathrooms. Nice selection at the breakfast despite the fact there is almost no change in the variety if you are staying for the couple days. So you generally eat the same variations all the time which might be bit annoying honestly speaking after 2-3 days. However hotel itself is generally very good.

Restaurant seemed to keep different hours than what was posted, and was closed for a wedding on Saturday; weddings happen of course, but advance notice would have been nice. Massage in the wellness center was lackluster.

Gloriously, unselfconsciously retro. Shiny wallpaper, striped carpets, and lots and lots of dark wood-grain plastic. Teeny-tiny elevators but it's worth the wait. The room even has kind of a retro smell, but in a good way - some kind of robust industrial-strength cleaning products they use, none of this delicate 21st-century stuff. Just like the bad old days except the staff are pleasant and the food is present. The room was huge. Great wellness center in the basement.

Everything was nice and clean. We got an AC even though we did not ask for one. Should you need to, upgrading a room is very easy if there are other rooms available. I always go to this hotel when visiting family in the East of Slovakia, they never let me down. The service is exceptional compared to Slovak standards. The reception is open 24-7, whatever you need they have. I needed an extra towel, and the nice lady at the reception gave me a fresh one, even at 3 in the morning. The breakfast is great and the amenities (spa, massage, dining hall, bar) are excellent. Remember to book a massage at least a day ahead, usually they are completely booked out. This hotel really meets everything a traveler like me expects.

Toilet ventilation and lamp are controlled by one one switch, they must be turned on and turned off together. Maybe we could use 2 different switch because the fan is noisy. There is no acceptable power supply around the table.
