Apartment was perfectly clean and fresh, everything felt like new, although it’s been renting for some time. So it’s been maintained with great care. There was everything you might need regarding kitchen and tableware. Host recommendations were spot on, and he replied on any question immediately. Location - perfect. Didn’t had any issues during a week of a visit. Highly recommend if you have a chance to book this apartment.

Absolutely everything was perfect! New apartment with everything you need and more. Spotless clean and very comfy with a big balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There are also some games and books as well as maps and booklet with food and other places recommendations. The tram stop is right next to the buliding, but the apartment is very quiet because it is facing the inner part of the estate. There are some nice restaurants, bakery, playground and Lidl very close. The check-in was very fast and the owner is really kind and helpful. I recommend it wholeheartedly and if I'm ever in Bratislava again, I would definitely stay here!

Absolutely amazing experience we had at Michael's apartment. It exceeded all of our expectation! From meeting us at the door and throughout the stay we cant thank Michael enough. He was very attentive and responsive. Apartment was very clean with all amenities and details that you never need to think when away from home. Balcony was a plus!! Beds were very comfortable. Area around was quite and safe, lots of stores, cafe, and restaurants around. Very close to the center, and a tram right across the building. I would absolutely stay here again! My family and I was extremely pleased!

There's a playground located at the area, so if you don't enjoy the noise of kids, this may be not it for you. Another issue was the shower as you cannot stand in the bathtub to take one as the shower hose is too short and the shower head holder being located near the bathtub faucet.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much: it was very comfortable, cosy and clean. The host was very attentive and helpful. We recommend staying here if you enjoy being close to the city center yet being in the modern part of Bratislava as the area is highly accessible by tram and bus.

Excellent! I felt like home there. The apartment is brand new. The kitchen has everything one need to have breakfast and cook. Everything was very clean and smelled so good! Michael is a great host. We arrived earlier than expected and he was available to meet us to give the keys and explain the things. We arrived by car and there was a free parking space. The location is amazing. The tram station is right in front of the apartment and it takes around 10 minutes to reach the city center. By foot is also very close, around 20 minutes. The apartment stays in a complex where you can find supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, café place, even hair dresser you can find there.
