Everything was to perfection. The interior was done with such wonderful taste, with beautiful artwork and furnishings.

This hotel was over the top for everything. The rooms, dining room, food, and staff was exceptional. The location was wonderful near the town which is charming, and within walking distance. Beautiful park for walking behind the hotel. They have their own wine cellar,and museum which a must to see. I have stayed at many beautiful hotels, but this one is hands down for being superior.

We had a really luxurious and relaxing stay during new years and the hotel staff is just awesome! The wellness area can be used for two hours a day, which are included. The breakfast was delicious and you could wish for nothing :)

Breakfast is very good, but it would be nice to have also few freshly made meals available and better quality coffee, but overall satisfactory. I appreciated their own sparkling wine available at breakfast.

Very beautiful hotel, perfect for romantic weekend. Restaurant in the areal of Castle is also amazing. The prices are high, but the quality as well. I visited already 2 times and I will surely return in the future.

A perfect high-end experience with incredibly meticulous visual aesthetics and spacious rooms and bathrooms. It truly is an Art hotel where you can admire a vast collection of paintings, sculptures, and glass art. Despite the hotel being a part of a historic castle, I was pleasantly surprised by the actual accessibility for me as a handicapped solo traveller using a walker with wheels (accessible entrance, lift, bathroom, wellness, gift shop, etc.). The staff was also very kind and attentive. There are long opening hours for the wellness and spa, you can take a tour of the castle (with adjustments in my case), visit the castle garden or head to the city centre for some of the less pricey restaurants. I recommend syncing the dates of your stay with concerts held in the castle courtyard - a great experience as well, got an autograph and a photo with the singer afterwards. :) Thank you for the stay.

The hotel is beautiful. We attended a concert in the courtyard and the whole event was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and well equipped. We only had breakfast but it was excellent. A great selection. A great location.

Price - 200€ eur for 1 night is a lot for Pezinok.

Everything was excellent. Decor, rooms, service, wellness. Food was very good as well, we went for dinner to the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast was great, rich variety of food, nicely served, modern.

It is hard to point to anything specific that I did not like. While the hotel is fantastic, the surrounding are somewhat blah in that it is located in a residential area and there is not much of a view as such.

As an experienced traveller who has stayed in many top-notch hotels, I can honestly say that hotel was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The facilities were very good and the staff was friendly.
