Only 2 park places in front of the hotel (first to take it, no reservations) and as it is situated in the main street if you are not luck you won't have a place to park

There was no hot water in the room (just ice cold), even though I sent a message about it, no one did anything, I didn't even get an answer. The next day I indicated the problem to the manager, the only answer was: sorry. For an accommodation which costs EUR 71, this is not acceptable.

Absolutely everything, design, comfort, extra clean, nice location, great parking, helpful staff. Plus I enjoy the full beautiful hot bath after I travel 7 hours.

There was no air conditioning, so it was quite warm. The room was on the street side, so when opening windows quite noisy until 10pm and from 6am.

The staff was very nice, room was spacious, the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was great with simple but very tasty food.

A bit noisy due to city centre location.

Rooms facing the street are noisy. Because of small (very small - but this is historical building) windows, to keep the air decently fresh, they have to be opened all the time, so during the night and (especially!) in the morning it can be annoying. Curtain in the shower is too cheap - not covering whole hole and too light, so sticks to your skin when you shower.

Nice staff, very helpful. Good location, in the very center of town. Also convinient to get to the Slovensky Raj. Pleasant style - classic, but finished with modern accents.

Communication in English was a little bit difficult.

A very nice place, quiet and clean. Breakfasts were really tasty but the portions were a bit too small. Staff was helpful and smiling. Good location.

The hotel reported my girlfriend to the police for apparently not paying for our room. However, I paid for the room before we arrived via booking.com. she now has to visit the police station for an Interview/hearing, while having done nothing wrong. I had tried to hand my ID as well during check-in to avoid any confusion, however the staff member checking me in refused it. My girlfriend did tell the staff member that I was the one who made the booking. Myself and a booking.com customer support agent tried to contact the property via email this morning, with no response. The property did not answer the customer service agent's phone call either. Customer service agent stated the hotel had not claimed the money that I had paid for the stay. I had been considering booking a second stay later this year, however no longer will be doing so and would strongly recommend against it.

Room itself was fine. The downstairs restaurant's food was good, it's service staff were friendly, fast, and kept all public areas spotless.

Overall we were dissatisfied with the service. We have chosen this accommodation because it said the price includes the breakfast, which is true. Although it only includes one meal from the menu, and this information was not presented on booking. Knowing this, we would have chosen another accommodation for our staying, because we like to serve ourselves from all kinds of meals including sweet and salty, especially for this much of money. Moreover, our waitress did not really speak in English that we realized in advance, that’s why we even pointed at the chosen meals on the menu, just to avoid misunderstandings. Still, it happened and we got served a totally different meal. When we tried to explain the problem, she did not understand at all. Again, for this much of money we expected a better service.

Our room was nice and clean.
