Very thin walls meaning we could hear other residents in the property. Also we were in an attic room and we could hear birds in the eves which was very disturbing in the night.

The apartment is a bit stuffy and you can feel the humidity. More towels are missing. Parking is paid. There is no enough hot water in bathroom and it takes to long to reach.

- the hotel reception is in a different building which makes it inconvenient if you’re coming in from a long flight . - also the lobby lights didn’t work in the night which made it very scary and troublesome to go through to the room . The switches didn’t work even upon clicking.

Our room was located right up the staircase by the breakfast room, so you could hear everything. Also the street you could hear from the other side.

The location was good, it was super clean, I liked that there was coffee and tea in the room, also by the reception was a nice set up to grab a coffee or tea anytime. We checked in the evening around 9:30 pm without a problem.

Only one small problem - the lack of racks for clothes and no shelf for soup in the shower in bathroom were very uncomfortable. Such "small details" make a difference between a "good hotel" and a "very good hotel" :-).

Everything was good - location, comfort, etc. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Personal was friendly and helpful.

The room had huge windows and the curtains were a bit smaller, so the sun was coming in every morning and as I sleep in a dark room, I was waking up early in the morning.

The vacation at the Garni Virgo Hotel was absolutely amazing! The room was located near the bus stop where you could easy reach the airport. It was very close to the historic center and you could be there by foot in 5 minutes. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was big. The furnitures were brand new and there were many sockets in the room. The staff was kind and friendly and most importantly, when we arrived they gave us the keys of the rooms and we checked in immediately even though it was early in the morning. All in all it was a really enjoyable experience!

The stairs are a little steep. Especially when you have suitcases. But it's not too much of a problem.

Location to the old town was a short walk. Very good value for money. Clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It is clean. But there is some bad smell in the bathroom.
