Very small room , no closets basically a piece of wood to hand your clothes , the bed took over the whole room , bed extremely hard and uncomfortable wake up with body aches related to hard mattress , don’t know why they call it apartments when is a hostel basically , no soap or shower gel available to shower , broken shower head lifter , has to do manual handheld , 6 flights of stairs to reach properly not mentioned anywhere during the reservation or in description , kind of difficult to enter the property and 3 different keys to open 3 doors

When we came there the showerhead was missing in our private bathroom, the owner said she'd come by to fix it, but that didn't happen unfortunately. Luckily the shower in the shared bathroom was perfectly fine.

The remote for the heater didn’t work. It had dead batteries probably. There was no heater in the room. I texted in the evening about it but got the answer in the morning. Plus no elevator. You have to walk three floors with your luggage. Just be careful if you have knee problems or difficulty with walking.

It is very central. The rooms are fine. Even too small to walk inside but is cosy and comfortable. Nicely decorated :)

The bed. Maybe I’m just spoiled from my bed at home. I would consider it on the lower side of average for a hostel type accommodation.

The location was great. We had a contactless check in that went very smoothly. The room was a great value for the price point.

It was really loud outside. There were parties going on until late. The bathroom was a bit questionable (clogged drain, no shower head). But in all honesty, a really good stay.

The owner, Petra, answer messages a little bit lately but he answer. He had not never leave our messages unanswered but it might be a little bit earlier.

Location was perfect. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable and Petra was really kind and hospitable. It is really easy to find the hotel and the directions of the check-in and check-out was really clear and everything was quiet easy. Our room was called Mona Lisa. There was a big bad, hot water, a bath, a toilet and a tv. There was a shared kitchen was full of equipment whatever you need at the hotel and a big dinning table and two comfortable armchairs to chat with a friend. The building was a historical palace and it has amazing ambiance. When we visit Bratislava again, we will choose the same hotel.

Faffing around getting keys from the key locker was only pain. And that you have a few steps to climb. 70 or 80 steps.

After getting a room as two of the three keys were not in the key locker. Perfectly located in the old town. It’s a small room but for what you are using it for it was ample. Good night sleep on both nights but could use some better pillows.

No hot water and no heating in my first 20 hours, probably because the central boiler was not working for the whole floor. The shower head was broken (detached from the hose), it was not replaced. The smell from the sink.

the room was small and not well equipped, there was nowhere to put my luggage. they just stopped answering to my messages at one point when I enquired about getting an invoice from them. it's been half a month and I still haven't got a reply, not even a "no, sorry, we can't provide you with an invoice". I could not ask them personally because the check-in was automatic and there was no staff present at any time during my stay.

While it seems romantic to stay in a building from 1743, the reality means no elevator. I counted 99 stairs to the rooms. This was not made clear in the property description - a bit of a challenge with a suitcase. The room and linens felt a bit dingy. I immediately noticed the smell of mold when I entered the room. The bed and pillows were both lumpy and thin. The bathroom sink was a rusted bucket, which didn’t seem very sanitary. I stayed there two days. I wouldn’t recommend anything longer. If you’re traveling with a data e-sim only, you’re going to need to turn on your main Sim and incur the international data roaming charges, as you need a regular phone connection to get in the front gate the first time.

The main plus to this property is the location. You’re steps away from the Man At Work statue, and within walking distance from the Most SMP bus station (where you can catch the bus to Devin Castle) and the majority of the tourist sites.

The room was fallling apart, the door handles kept coming off the bathroom and I was getting locked in, if you are a solo traveller you physically could not get out of the bathroom. Tv was not working, host kept sending automated messages and not did not respond after I asked about bag storage & then sent the name of one long street finally (but this did not help). Probably wouldn’t stay here again

The room was really very small, so the bed practically took up the whole room. It was also very warm in the room and the air conditioning didn't work. The room was too small for a longer stay with two adults, but for people who travel a lot during their stay it was fine.

The location of the accommodation was perfect and the check-in worked smoothly. The kitchen was also well equipped and we were able to do laundry.

No elevator. No refrigerator. Small room, but enough for 1 person. No table in the room. Before the trip the Host said that I will have a possibility to leave a luggage at the place for 4-5 hours after check-out, however, during my stay the Host did not respond to my request anymore. Therefore, I had to walk everywhere with mu heavy luggage during the last day.

Great location in the city centre. There is a kitchen upstairs and you can make tea or coffee, use microwave, cups and kitchen tools. There is shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom (in the room's bathroom). Nice, colourful painting on the wall in my Samurai room, looked great.

The toilet doorknob fell off in my hand, and I got stuck in the toilet. If a similar situation ever happens to you, pull out the door handle and close the door. a scary situation, especially when you are on a solo trip. In the morning warm water can be with weak water pressure.

The bathroom had a terrible smell. We had to keep the window open as the smell from the drains was too much to bear. The TV set had no signal.

The property sent the incorrect number to call and open the gate, afterwards they sent the correct number but did not said something about sending the incorrect number before, I tried to contact the property directly and was not even possible, the never answered me and it has passed like 5 days after I contact them… very poor quality of service !

The room was very soundproof, bed was comfortable and cosy. Bedsheet was very good.
