Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdomwould have been nice to know in advance of all the extras available before arriving such as breakfast.
Although at the time of writing this review the hotel is only rated as a 1 start it is clearly more. All newly refurbished and I assume just waiting for the new star rating. More facilities available than published such as breakfast bar and evening meals. Good location to start your walking in Slovak Raj. Lovely couple running the hotel.

Whan we arrived in the bathroom there was mouldsmel. in order to get rid of it I turned on ventiilation system - then I could smell all the kitchen fat in our bathroom what wans't nice at all.... The breakfast was so so - with small selection of food and chipest fruts coming wiht pancakes
Freshly renovated hotel lacated in Slovacy Raj. Generally it is a pretty nice place with nice service and very good location. it aslo have a free parking

HungaryThe owner or a member of staff sat down opposite us and looked at us angrily. If we had been told to leave because we had done something wrong, we would have moved away. Communication could be improved! The outside was pure ice and one of our friend slipped and broke his ankle. But it was also our fault because we were in a hurry to go skiing in the morning. Watch out!
The hotel was nice and clean! They were kind enough to let us celebrate in the bar on New Year's Eve! The bar seemed empty and there was no staff for a while, so we took 4-5 glasses down and they were a bit angry about it. Of course we carefully put everything back. Thank you and sorry about that!

Well located hotel with quite spacious parking and restaurant (which is handy after long day trekking) Apartment was spacious enough and super clean - actually Hotel Petra exceeded our expectations and our stay was really enjoyable.
